A preparation delay of 1 week is sufficient before the training or coaching to managetrainee registrations and payments.§ Digital training or coaching deployment agenda for single customer can be very quick: we can organize itwithin a preparation delay of 2 weeks and training or coaching can be managed over a period of 3 weeks. CESAMES methodological documentation is put at the client’s disposal on the basis of a nonexclusive license for internal use only, all other parties excluded. There is no restriction of use aslong as these uses remain non-commercial and strictly internal. No commercial use and no dissemination to another party of the enterprise and/or systemsengineering documentation provided to the client can thus be done without the prior authorizationof C.E.S.A.M.E.S. INSTITUT.ARTICLE 2 – TERMS OF PAYMENTInvoices are to be paid net and without discounts according to the payment schedule foreseen in thiscommercial offer.Prices are exclusive of VAT and will be increased according to all rights and taxes legally applicable.In accordance with article L. 441-6 of the French commercial Code, non-payment amount by the due date andundisputed by the Client, will bear interest at a rate equal to three times the statutory rate interest from the firstbusiness day after the initial date of payment, without any notice.In addition, a fixed allowance of forty euros (40 ) for recovery costs will be payable by law in case of delayedpayment by the Client. An additional compensation will be claimed by the Service Provider if the recovery costsare higher than the fixed allowance amount mentioned above.8
