Monographs are produced and updated by NHS Pharmacists throughoutthe UK in accordance with standard writing guidelines. All paediatric monographs are reviewed by a Pharmacist from theNeonatal and Paediatric Pharmacist Group (NPPG). All new and updated monographs are checked for accuracy and clarity bya regional Medicines Information Centre.1

Purpose: reducing risk associated with injectable medicinesAccess to the Injectable Medicines Guide Via the Medusa link in the Clinical Systems folder on all Desktopsof PC’s and COW devices.2
