This ordinance and a separate ordinance also to be considered at this meeting(Ordinance No. 15-22) implement those changes as proposed at that worksession. As discussed at thatworksession, the new fees are necessary to adequately fund the county's participation in extendingsewer service to new areas and these ordinances will provide for a more consistent process foraddressing service in areas currently not served by the utility system.Proposed changes are also consistent with Local Development Agreements (LDAs) that have beenapproved by the Board recently as these proposed changes have been under review and development.Major provisions implemented by this ordinance include: Process for determination and conditions of agreement for alternative connections Oversizing of lines and other related infrastructure and potential participation by the Utility SystemCounty Attorney ReviewOther (Requires explanation in field below)Explanation of OtherOrdinance drafted by William Clague.Reviewing AttorneyClagueEmailed 6/4/15 KR VTSent to Municode and StateInstructions to Board RecordsPlease provide signed copies to Heather Dilldine (heather.dilldine@mymanatee.org), Amy Pilson
