Telephone Banking – available 24/7With Telephone Banking, you can manage your accountsfrom wherever you are, 24/7. Check your account balanceand recent transactions, transfer funds between your Ignite andlinked Westpac accounts, pay your bills with BPay , or requesta statement any time you like. All you have to do is call1800 080 000, then use your customer number and 3-digitaccess code to log in. You will then be able to access both yourIgnite and eligible Westpac account(s).If you don’t remember your 3-digit access code you can set upa new one through Telephone Banking, although you will need toanswer some identification questions first. To register for TelephoneBanking or for more information, call 1800 080 000.Monthly credit card statements and account servicing lettersAs you can probably imagine, the switch from the Virgin CreditCard to Ignite requires a lot of changes to our administrativesystems.Due to this changeover, from 9 February you will beginto receive regular credit card communications, including yourmonthly credit card statement, from Ignite/Westpac.At the same time, during February 2009 you may continue toreceive Virgin Credit Card branded account servicing letters that werealready on their way to you.Everything you receive from March 2009 will be from Ignite/Westpac.To keep things simple, your statement/due date willremain unchanged.If you previously asked us for online statements, we will doour best to maintain this preference. Using your PIN with your Ignite CardWhen you make a purchase at participating shops in Australia youcan either sign or enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)to accept the transaction. With your PIN , you have an alternativeway to authorise transactions. Of course you can continue to signas you’ve always done.The extra convenience of ‘one card banking’Do you already have a transaction account with Westpac? Forease and convenience, from 9 February you will be able to link itto your Ignite Card, and then access it simply by pressing ‘cheque’or ‘savings’ when using your Ignite Card. To link your Westpactransaction account to your Ignite Card, call us on 1800 080 000.Know your PIN if you’re travelling overseasAdding additional cardholders3 – at no extra costSet up an additional cardholder on your Ignite Card at no extracost – and share the benefits with someone special. But remember,they have to be over the age of 16. The additional card will belinked to the same account, so you’ll also share the same creditlimit.
