Learning ObjectivesUpon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Recognize that lifestyle choices are the root cause of the majorityof disease, death and healthcare cost. Utilize evidence-based practices in health coaching to supportinitial behavior change and to sustain the new behavior. More effectively and efficiently counsel patients on theimportance of lifestyle changes. Develop strategies to encourage patients to make and meet theirnew lifestyle goals.
