5.5 Student Feedback on Faculty PerformanceThe institution has a feedback system to measure quality of teaching and learning.Each semester, the feedback from students is obtained by issuing questionnaires related toall courses. The students can freely express their opinions about the courses and teachers inthe remarks column. Feedback is summarized by the HOD and consolidated report isforwarded to the Principal. The feedback forms collected from students are first analysed atthe level of HOD and then at the level of faculty appraisal committee headed by thePrincipal.
