The Board is one of 53across Ohio coordinating public behavioral health systems locally. MHRSB is responsible for planning,funding and monitoring public mental health and addiction prevention, early intervention and treatmentservices delivered to the residents of Stark County.PAYMENT INFORMATIONStark County residents can access behavioral health services regardless of their ability to pay throughthe Mental Health Recovery Services Board of Stark County provider network. Board-funded serviceproviders accept various insurance programs, Medicare and Medicaid. Stark residents that are notcovered by one of those options can receive services.
