ACN PlansOverviewWe are updating the ACN built in discount products to improve the value with lower rates.This will peg the Sage products on par with Cobalt.Details This is not a new plan launch. Existing Sage and Sage Gas products will get different rates.The new Sage plans are structured to provide a level of discount equivalent to the Cobalt plans, meaning that POTplans and Built in discount plans will have the equivalent value.The exception is QLD where the lead product is currently Mercury (30% POT). The new Sage product will beequivalent to Click Cobalt (23% POT) in that state.The ACN Shine products will also be upgraded to match the Sage rates but with additional FIT so solar and nonsolar products are on par.Launch date: 15 Augustacn.clickenergy.com.au

FAQsWhat do existing Sage / Shine customers have to do to access this new rate?Nothing, they will automatically get billed at this new rate from 13 August.Can customers on other plans get this new plan?Yes, they can call in and upgrade their plan. IBO’s are encouraged to discuss the new Sage plans with their customers and recommend thatthey make contact with Click Energy by calling 1300 567 236 to switch. Customers should always confirm directly with Click Energy that thenew plans are beneficial when viewed against their current plan.Will the discounted rates appear on the first bill?Yes, the discount is built into the rates and so will be applied to all bills.How about solar customers?Solar customers should be offered ACN Shine. These products have had their rates upgraded to match Click Sage. So Solar customers canget the same value with the additional benefit of a Feed in TariffIf an existing Cobalt customer wishes to change their plan to the Sage plan, then will they still receive their credit earned on theirCobalt plan from the month before?Yes, it will carry forward but the new billing period will be charged the new rates.Does this new rate provide extra value to customers in QLD?In QLD the current Pay On Time discount plans called Mercury may represent better value so we recommend that your customers reviewthese plans for themselves first.acn.clickenergy.com.au
