Any requirementsyou needed to complete in Spring Semester 2022 have already been communicated to you separately. Please review site-specific information in CORE ELMS priorto starting each rotation to ensure you meet their requirements. Students WILL NOT be allowed on any rotation site if theirimmunizations have expired.Missouri Intern LicenseCORE ELMSAll students must maintain proof of a Missouri Intern License throughoutthe program. P1: Upload your intern license by December 31, 2022. P2-P4: Renew and upload your intern license by December 31,2022.CORE ELMSP1: Plan ahead as the insurance certificate may take up to 4 weeks toarrive. The certificate must have the start date and the expiration datefor the policy. A temporary card or a receipt are NOT acceptabledocumentation. DO NOT UPLOAD A TEMPORARY CARD. EL will communicate this information toaffected students.P4: The Pre-NAPLEX test will be administered during the months ofNovember, December, and January at all 3 locations. Students arerequired to complete the test on one of the predetermined dates. The test takes 2.5 hours to complete. Students will use their own laptops. Detailed information will be provided by EL.P1: Students will receive instructions with date and times in advance.Must attend unless excused, in writing, in advance of the event by theDean or designeeP1: students will sign the statement during the first month of school andall students will be made aware of any changes to the policies while theyare in school.P2-P4: students will resign the statement if substantive changes aremade to any of the policies covered in the document.Students will receive separate instructions about when and how to docourse evaluations.P1-P3: OptionalP4: Students will receive instructions with date and times in advance.Required attendance unless excused by the Pharmacy Office of StudentAffairs.P2: Students will receive instructions with date and times in advance.Students must attend the School of Pharmacy Professional DedicationCeremony during the Fall semester, unless previously excused, in writing,in advance of the event by the Dean or designee.

5Co-Curricular RequirementsCORE CompMSStudents are made aware of the requirements and deadlines fortheir given year in school within the first month of each semester.IPPE and APPE Pre-Flight Orientation MeetingsStudents are made aware of the requirements for IPPE and APPErotations, these meetings occur in April and May – specific datesTBAOffice of ExperientialLearningP1-P4: Students must complete the designated number of activities eachsemester and upload into CORE CompMS. Completion of activitiesincludes having documentation submitted in CORE CompMS by 11/15 forfall requirements and 4/15 for spring requirements and meeting with thestudent’s assigned advisor no later than 12/1 for fall requirements and5/1 for spring requirements.P1: Fall deadline are 11/15 for the Oath and Professional Requirementsof Interns and the Friday before finals for the Capstone in Pharmacy7101. P1 students will meet with their advisor during final’s week asassigned. Spring requirements will maintain the deadlines as above.P1-P3: students must attend and complete pre-flight orientationmeetings
