CONNECTIONSfrom yourPastor’s HeartWE SAY YES TO VBS!VBS is one of the most wonderful times of theyear at FBC Montgomery! In God’s perfecttiming, we were able to fully open all of oureducation space for the week, and it wasutilized well.Hundreds of preschoolers, children,and volunteers poured in to pour God’stransformational truth into their hearts. VBS couldn’t happen withoutthe incredible host of volunteers that give of their time to teachclasses, bake goodies, rock babies, sing songs, love on kids, and assistin a multitude of other ways.Judy Bryant, our Preschool Minister, and Carol Roberts, our Children’sMinister, did a fantastic job through their first Vacation Bible School atFBC Montgomery. We are so very blessed by their collaborative effortsalongside our fantastic Children’s Interns Asher King and Caden Lockett.Sunday Night, we’ll host a VBS Family Night. Even if you weren’table to participate in Vacation Bible School, I hope you’ll come tofellowship with your faith family. We’ll begin at 5:15 pm in StakelySanctuary for VBS Review and then exit across the street to PerryStreet for Family Night with inflatables, food, and fellowship.Pray that the gospel seeds that were planted this week will grow ten-fold!Grateful for your love, care, and prayers,MARK BETHEA Senior Pastor
