IHCP bulletinINDIANA HEALTH COVERAGE PROGRAMSBT2020109SEPTEMBER 29, 20202020 IHCP Works Seminar to be held virtuallyOctober 13-15The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) is excited to announcethat providers can now register for the 2020 IHCP Works Seminar.This year the 3-day IHCP Works Seminar will be presented virtually.The seminar begins Tuesday, October 13, and continues throughThursday, October 15. There is no cost for the seminar; however,advance registration is required.The seminar features 3 full days of valuable information. Topicsinclude program overviews and specific program billing guidelines, aswell as other important IHCP information. This year’s seminar focuseson interactive and engaging content. Sessions will be led by DXCTechnology, Anthem, CareSource, Managed Health Services (MHS), MDwise, and the Family and Social ServicesAdministration (FSSA). For information about the full seminar lineup and to pick your “can’t-miss” sessions, see thesession descriptions and schedule attached to this bulletin.Seminar registrationProviders may register for the seminar online by visiting the Workshop Registration page at in.gov/medicaid/providers.Registration for the IHCP Works Seminar is a two-step process. During registration, you must first register for theseminar. After you have confirmed your registration, you must then register for each session you would like to attend.For help registering, visit the registration page for instructions, including the Workshop Registration Tool QuickReference.Session descriptions and the daily schedule are attached to this bulletin for reference. A link to this information is alsoavailable on the 2020 IHCP Works Virtual Seminar page at in.gov/medicaid/providers. Those who register online receiveimmediate registration confirmation. All registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up early for the bestselection. Registration for the virtual seminar will close on Thursday, October 8, 2020.Registration for special sessionsThree seminar sessions will be held on a different virtual platform than the other sessions: The Engaging with the Member Experience session will be held via WebEx. The MQ (Medicaid Questions): A Medicaid Quiz Show session will be hosted on Adobe Connect.
