CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATIONACCREDITATION INFORMATIONAccredita on: This ac vity has been planned and implemented in accordancewith the accredita on requirements and policies of the Accredita on Council forCon nuing Medical Educa on (ACCME) through the joint providership of theAmerican Urological Associa on (AUA) and the Western Sec on of the AUA. TheAUA is accredited by the ACCME to provide con nuing medical educa on forphysicians.Credit Designa on: The American Urological Associa on designates this liveac vity for a maximum of 30.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians shouldclaim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their par cipa on in theac vity.Other Learners: The AUA is not accredited to offer credit to par cipants who arenot MDs or DOs. However, the AUA will issue documenta on of par cipa on thatstates that the ac vity was cer fied for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit .Evidence Based Content: It is the policy of the AUA to ensure that the contentcontained in this CME ac vity is valid, fair, balanced, scien fically rigorous, andfree of commercial bias.AUA Disclosure Policy: All persons in a posi on to control the content of aneduca onal ac vity (i.e., ac vity planners, presenters, authors) are required todisclose to the provider any relevant financial rela onships with any commercialinterest.
