MethodologyCase StudiesThis method uses real business situations andexamples to encourage participants to findworkable and effective solutions to problems. Ourcase studies reflect universal problems commonto all companies and are therefore valuableexercises for Program participants.Case study exercises revolve around threeaspects; self-study, small group teamwork andplenary sessions. Plenary sessions are led by ourfaculty members and provide an opportunity todiscuss and appraise the solutions and remediesthat arise out of the teamwork exercises.Participants are encouraged to implementthe results of these sessions to their ownorganisations.Group work and workshopsDigital Transformation Program providesopportunities as part of its curriculum to engagein group work, as a means to integrate, exchangeexperience and arrive at common solutions.PresentationsTo facilitate the learning process and enhanceinteractivity our faculty produce teachingmaterials of the highest quality to the benefit ofProgram participants.SimulationsSimulations are interactive exercises whichrecreate everyday business situations andchallenges.
