Vessel purchased out-of-state, by a nonresident, more than six months prior to being brought into Pennsylvania by anonresident, in connection with establishment of a permanent business or residence: Indicate date of purchase (see top ofREV-336).6. Vessel transferred to applicant without consideration or value. Consideration includes the amount of any existing encumbranceor other obligation assumed in connection with the transfer.7.
