As Raju watched, milk spurted fromthe udders into the vessel below.The vessel began tofillup slowlyand the milk began to turn frothythe top. Rajuwasatsurprised andpleased to see the frothy milk."Ajji,"he said excitedly, "seehowthe bubbles are forming at the top!"

"Yes, Raju," saidAjji,smiling at his excitement."When pull on the udders, powerful jets ofmilk come out. They hit the surface of the milkIinthe vessel with great force, mixing with theairand forming bubbles. Thatiswhat makesfresh milk taste so different from milk thatcomes out ofa packet!""Wow! had noIidea!" said Raju.

Ajjiboiled the fresh frothy milkand poured out a glass forgood"Ajji,that Raju finisheditininRaju.aIttasted sofew quick gulps.when go back to the city,Ithe kitchen,Ishall tell allmy friends where milk comes from," said Raju."I shall tell them how good fresh milk tastes atmy Ajji's house."
