Patrons should plan accordingly on these dates. Our patronswill have access to a shower inside the men’s and women’s restrooms on the 1st floorof U-Crossing (220 Pawtucket St). We apologize forany inconvenience while we continue to make facility improvements.HALLWAY LOCKERSYou may have already noticed, but we have added additional locker storage in ourhallways outside of the basketball and racquetball courts. CPR CLASSESWOMEN CRUSH WEIGHTSWe offer American Red Cross CPR classes for the Lay Responder each semester.This 5-week program is designed to help women gain confidence and knowledgewith resistance-based training. Program includes a 5-week weight lifting programthat can be completed with our personal trainers or your own time.We will provide demonstration videos and nutritional advice.BALLROOM DANCE LESSONSDates: Wed., 5:30-6:30pm, Feb. 6 - Mar. 6 @ CRC & RFC (check website)Registration Fees: 20/student, 40/faculty, staff, or CRC memberOur Ballroom Dance Club teaches beginner ballroom dance lessons each semesterinside the Campus Recreation Center. Lessons run for 8 weeks each session.YOGA RETREATDates: Thursdays, Feb. 7 - Apr. 4, 7:30-8:30pm in CRC Studio 1, no class on Mar. 14.Registration Fees: 25/student, 40/faculty or staff, 55/community memberADULT SWIM LESSONS - SPRING SESSIONWe offer swim lessons for children and adults. Classes held at Costello Pool (NorthCampus) on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks each session. Spots still open forparent/child infant and toddler classes! Check website for times of each level.Dates: Jan. 26 - Mar. 23 (no class Feb. 9). Check website for current dates.Registration Fees: 120 per registration. General registration opens Dec. 10.Join us for a day of healthy movement and relaxation. Plan to move, breathe,journal, meditate, stretch and relax. This is the perfect day to help kick off the springsemester. The team made it to the Rugby Northeast Championship and fought ahard battle, but unfortunately fell to Norwich University, 19-13. Captain Craig Crossleyracked up the most tries for the team with 7. Vice President Zack Ferreira lead theteam with 24 conversions and 78 total points.
