REGISTRATION INFORMATIONWelcome to the Tarboro Parks and Recreation’s summer program offerings. The summer schedule willagain consist of weekly or monthly sessions. Each class size is limited to the number of weeks and participants it will accommodate depending on the type of activity the class involves.Registration will begin on Tuesday, May 1 at E. L. Roberson Center (305 West Baker Street) which is openfrom 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis by completing the registration form with payment. No registrations will be taken before May 1 nor can they be takenover the telephone. Parents or guardians must register their children only. All programs may be rescheduled or cancelled based on class size. Payment is required when submitting Youth Athletic registrations.FEESAll fees either Town of Tarboro resident or non-resident must be paid at the time of registration. Youmust live inside the corporate limits of Tarboro at the time of your registration in order to be charged theTown of Tarboro resident rate. Non-residents pay twice the normal fee or 25 whichever is greater. Refunds will only be available if the class or program is cancelled. In this brochure, the following fees indicate the Town Resident Rate. Bring your lawn chairs and entire family to enjoyplaying in the park and then viewing the fireworks. Around 9:15 pm, thefabulous fireworks will be displayed from Tarboro High School grassy parkinglot. For safety reasons, spectators will have restricted access within 500 feet(safety dropzone) of the display set-up area. No personal fireworks (openflames) or pets allowed, thank you.Camp is designed to develop skillsof confidence, coordination, andfootball offense/defense.
