DOB NOW OverviewIn DOB NOW, building owners, design professionals, filingrepresentatives, and licensees can create online accounts,making it easier to submit applications, make payments,schedule appointments, check the status of an application, pullpermits, and make renewals.DOB NOW will be released in phases throughout 2016 and2017. In 2018, DOB NOW will be completed and will be theentry point for all DOB transactions.5
DOB NOW: Inspections OverviewDOB NOW: Inspections is the new name for InspectionReady. All current functionality remains the same for onlinescheduling, tracking, and notifications as well as enforcementand development inspections.6
DOB NOW: Safety OverviewDOB NOW: Safety includes all compliance filings such asfacades, boilers, and elevators.7
DOB NOW: Licensing OverviewDOB NOW: Licensing will allow for online exam filing, issuance,and renewal for Licensees.8
DOB NOW: Build OverviewDOB NOW: Build includes job filings, permits, Post ApprovalAmendments, Corrections, Withdrawals, Superseding, AfterHour Variances, and Letters of Completion.9
