GENERAL SESSION SPEAKERKim Talley is the IntergenerationalPastor at First Presbyterian Churchin Amarillo, Texas. He has served inthis role for 6 years directing the staffoverseeing the Children’s Ministry,Youth Ministry, College Age Ministry,and Young Families. After graduatingfrom the University of Texas, Kim wenton to get his Master’s Degree from FullerTheological Seminary and then finished his Master of Divinitydegree in 2014. Prior to serving on the staff at First PresbyterianChurch, Kim was in pharmaceutical sales with Pfizer, Inc. for 20years. Prior to that he was on Young Life staff serving as AreaDirector for Spring Branch Houston, Texas, Lubbock, Texas andTulsa, Oklahoma. He also was Young Life Regional Directorfor the 5-state Central Region. Kim has been a National Campspeaker for Presbyterians for Renewal also for Young LifeSummer Camps and numerous camps and retreats.Kim is married to Lisa. He has three adult children, Trevor(Austin, TX), Blake (Asheville, NC) and Chandler (Denver) as wellas two grandchildren, Willow (6) and Shepherd (4).WORSHIP LEADERDaniel Ingalls is a Maintenance Technician at GlorietaAdventure Camps and a Worship Leader at his home churchin Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is passionate about worship anddiscipleship along with his wife, Hannah, and 6 month olddaughter, Ellie. Daniel has grown up a missionary kid until heset out to pursue overseas missions himself where he met hiswife. PRESENTER BIOSROY WOOTENRoy is the Executive Director of The Crucible Project, a weekendexperience and Christian community challenging men and women totake a hard look at what is and is not working in their lives. Roy and hiswife Devra are authors of the book The Secret to Lifetime Love and LifeTogether Forever couples retreats. He also authored Full Throttle IntoFatherhood and speaks at couples, family, mens, and pastors seminarsand retreats across the US and internationally. Roy earned his B.S. andM.S. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Abilene ChristianUniversity. His body of work in Christian relationships was recognizedwith an Honorary Doctorate from Grace Global Seminary in 2017. He andDevra have two married children and make their home in Houston, Texas.GREGG HUNTERGreg Hunter is the president/CEO of the Christian Camp andConference Association. In this role, he is responsible for the overallstrategic direction of CCCA in its efforts to maximize ministry for itsmembers. He is passionate about Christian camping because of thelife-changing impact it had on his own life. At 17, he committed his lifeto Christ on his first trip to a Christian camp. Before joining CCCA, Greggserved as vice president of public affairs at Georgia Family Council,where he spearheaded all aspects of the nonprofit’s communicationsand fundraising efforts. His diverse background in communications,marketing and development includes six years at The Boeing Companyand five years at Young Life, where he was a member of the President’sCabinet as the organization’s senior communications officer.DAVE LEEDave is the Architectural Principal of Fletemeyer & Lee Associates,located near Boulder, Colorado. His firm is a CCCA Business Memberfirm serving the Christian camp and conference center industry forover 35 years, which includes more than 175 camp & conference centersthroughout the US, Canada, and overseas, providing architecture,landscape architecture, and master planning services. Dave has aMasters Degree in architecture and is a licensed architect and memberof the American Institute of Architects. He has served as a boardmember for Highlands Camp in Colorado and various non-profitorganizations, and as a volunteer leader in college ministry for 35 years.Dave’s mission and passion is creating places that nourish the soul.Page 14PRESENTER BIOSROGER HAMILTONRoger Hamilton serves as Director of Training and Development forEagle Lake Camps. Roger oversees the Emerging Leaders Program, aninternship where young men and women receive training in evangelismand discipleship, and develop as leaders in ministry and business. Healso serves as an International Funding Coach, encouraging staff inEast Africa to fully fund the ministry. Roger and his wife Lynn have beeninvolved with the ministry of the Navigators since 1988 and have fourchildren: Ryan, Tori, Andrew and Michael.GABE GURLEYGabe Gurley is the Program Supervisor and Outdoor Education Directorat Camp Elim, in Woodland Park Colorado. He has been servingat Elim since June of 2006 after working 6 years as the Directorof Hunnington Retreat Center in Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe. He has25 combined years experience in youth ministry and campwork. Gabe and his wife Cindy have 3 grown children and live in LakeGeorge, Colorado. Gabe loves being outdoors exploring all our beautifulstate has to offer with Cindy. Together, they enjoy hiking, takingmotorcycle rides, camping and sharing the love of Jesus with thosearound them!JON RUYBALIDJon provides legal counsel for nonprofits, tax-exempt organizations,social enterprise ventures, and entrepreneurs doing “business asmission” around the world. He serves as General Counsel for ChristianCamp and Conference Association, International. He began his legalcareer as an attorney with the Washington, DC area law firm Gammon& Grange, working in their nonprofit practice and is now associatedwith Schmitt Schneck Even & Williams primarily representingreligious ministries. Jon and his wife Leslie live in Nebraska.NOAH’S ARK STAFFNoah’s Ark began in 1983 in response to the idea of developing a raftingprogram for Young Life’s Frontier Ranch. Now, 40 years later Noah’sArk is nationally recognized for providing extraordinary recreation andeducational opportunities for families and youth from all over the world.Their programs have expanded beyond simply providing Arkansas Riveraccess to providing extensive backcountry services.Page 15

PRESENTER BIOSCOLLIN RUSSCollin is a Colorado native who has worked in the camping andconference center industry for 10 years. Starting as a camp counselorat Eagle Lake Camp, he graduated from UCCS in Colorado Springs andserved as the Housekeeping Manager for Glen Eyrie Conference centerfor 3 years before transitioning to the Development team at Eagle LakeCamps. In 2018 Collin became the Director of Overnight Camps withEagle Lake and has loved the joys and challenges of being at camp overthe last 5 years. In his free time, Collin enjoys being outside with hiswife, Jennifer and 3 kids or playing board games.CHEF RORY GILLETTChef Rory Gillett was born and raised in Iowa (which is where he getshis corny humor). He began his professional cooking career in 1986 atGlen Eyrie Conference Center where he also met his wife, Jane. Rory andJane have 3 children–Zac 27, Veronica 24, and Matthew 14. He has beencooking for over 30 years, and has served at Macaroni Grill, Little Caesar’s,The Broadmoor Hotel and Golf Club, the Antlers Adam’s Mark Hotel, FirstPresbyterian Church in Colorado Springs, Trail West Lodge in BuenaVista, and currently at Spring Canyon Camp and Conference Center.BRYCE ZEIGLEBryce Zeigle is the Training and Development Specialist at GlorietaCamps. He has been training staff and managing outdoor adventureprograms for the last 10 years. Before moving to Glorieta, Bryce workedat HoneyRock Camp and Wheaton College where he completed hisMasters in Outdoor Adventure Leadership.ANDY TRUITTAndy Truitt is the Director of Interns & Outdoor Leadership at SpringCanyon. After graduating USAFA in 1993, Andy served in the Air Force,and then followed a non-career path through several professions.Before coming to Spring Canyon, he served as the National Directorfor Classical Conversations. He and his wife, Heidi, have three sonsand just finished 20 years of homeschooling. Tegan (23) is marriedto Bethany and enrolled in an Economics PhD program at GeorgeMason University. Riley (21) is a junior at Grove City College majoringin Electrical Engineering. Conner (19) is a freshman Psychology andPhilosophy major also at Grove City College.Page 16PRESENTER BIOSKIRSTEN SNAREYKirsten Snarey serves as a Regional Alliance Director for AllianceDefending Freedom’s Church Alliance and Ministry Alliance programs,where she develops relationships with churches and ministries tohelp them acquire the legal resources needed to better protect theirreligious freedom. Kirsten’s career began in relationship sales andmanagement in banking and mortgage before she felt called toministry, where she served in leadership roles for 13 years. Before joiningADF, Kirsten was the Discipleship Minister at her church. Kirsten earnedher Master of Arts in Ministry from Phoenix Seminary in 2019. Shecurrently attends North Bible Church in Scottsdale, AZ where she servesas a community group leader with her husband, Scott.GERALD BARKERGerald Barker began his career with Hibbs-Hallmark & Company (HHC)in 1992 where he started at ground level writing property and liabilityinsurance for small businesses throughout the greater Tyler Texas area.He is a licensed Insurance Agent, Risk Manager, and Certified InsuranceCounselor specializing in coverage for camps and conference centers,and other non-profits. HHC is an independent insurance agencywith offices in Tyler, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Geraldoperates the office in Houston where he and his wife Kathy reside. Hegrew up attending The Wilds camp in Brevard, North Carolina.MOLLY WILLIAMSMolly is the treasurer of the CCCA Rocky Mountain Section and theGuest Relations Manager at Sacramento Camp and Conference Center.She has worked fulltime in the office at Sacramento since 2014 andworked several summers as the registrar before that. She is passionateabout Christian camping and loves working behind the scenes to makeeach event a success. Molly is happily married to Chad and togetherthey are raising three little girls: Elaina, Lilli, and Maggie. This summerthey are expecting their fourth child.DANIEL RUFFDaniel has been doing camp ministry for the last 11 summers at RoundLake Christian Camp, and now works full time for Glorieta AdventureCamp. He works in recruiting, planning trips and working withuniversities and churches to hire enough staff for the summer.Page 17
