Welcome to the My Sticker Calendar! This calendar highlights the first, third, and fifthweekends in a Standard Possession Order, which is the most common type of parenting time order.If your parenting time order looks a little different, that’s ok! You can use your order so that the MySticker Calendar works for YOU!This calendar uses a fun, interactive approach to help parents and children plan and look forward totheir time spent across households. It includes holidays, weekends and weekly parenting time. Standard Possession OrderThe below information applies, unless your order states something different. Please review your order carefully toexercise your parenting time visitation schedule.CP – Custodial Parent is the parent that has the right to designate the primary residence of the child(ren) and receives child support.NCP – Non-Custodial Parent is the parent that has the right to parenting time according to the visitation schedule in the court order and the obligation topay child support.NEWFor Orders after September 1, 20210-50 miles – For parents who live 50 miles or less from each other, weekend parenting time begins at the time the child is released from school andends at the time school resumes. If school is not in session, parenting time begins Friday at 6 p.m. and ends on Sunday at 6 p.m.Weekends – The NCP should have parenting time on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month.Weekdays – The NCP should have parenting time on Thursday nights during the school year, beginning at the time the child is released fromschool and ending at the time the child’s school resumes on Friday.51-100 miles – For parents who live between 51 -100 miles from each other, weekend parenting time begins at 6 p.m. on the day school is releasedand ends at 6 p.m. on the day before school resumes. If school is not in session, parenting time begins Friday at 6 p.m. and ends on Sunday at 6 p.m.Weekends – The NCP should have parenting time on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month.Weekdays – The NCP should have parenting time on Thursday evenings during the school year beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m.101 or more miles – For parents who live more than 100 miles from each other, weekend parenting time begins at 6 p.m. on the day school isreleased and ends at 6 p.m. on the day before school resumes. Children not enrolled in school (regardless of the date of the order) - If your child is not enrolled in school, when school is referenced, you woulduse the schedule for the local public school district your child would attend, based upon where your child lives.Weekend Parenting Time is highlighted throughout the calendar for first, third and fifth weekends.**Note that the fifth weekend is always followed by the next month’s first weekend.Day, he’s entitled to pick up the child(ren) onFriday at 6:00 p.m., returning Sunday at 6:00p.m. Reasonable flexibility is encouraged onFather’s Day weekend.Child’s Birthday - The parent not in possessionof the child on the child’s birthday is entitled topick up the child for two hours between 6:00p.m. and 8:00 p.m.April 1st Annual Notice, SummerParenting Time - NCP must give writtennotice to the CP by April 1 if they want to specifyan extended period(s) of summer possession.April 15th Annual Notice, SummerParenting Time - CP must give writtennotice to the NCP by April 15, designating theweekend they wish to see the child(ren) duringthe NCP’s extended summer possession unless itinterferes with Father’s Day.Mother’s Day - If the mother isnot in possession of the child(ren) on Mother’sDay, she’s entitled to pick up the child(ren) onFriday at 6:00 p.m., returning Sunday at 6:00 p.m.Reasonable flexibility is encouraged on Mother’sDay weekend.Father’s Day - If the father is notin possession of the child(ren) on Father’sSpring Break - is divided by odd and evenyears. CP will have odd-numbered years andNCP will have even-numbered years. SpringBreak begins at 6:00 p.m. on the day school isdismissed for spring vacation and ends at 6:00p.m. on the day before school resumes.Summer - If the parents live within 100 milesof each other, the NCP is entitled to 30 days ofpossession during the summer months. If theparents live more than 100 miles apart, theNCP is entitled to 42 days of possession duringthe summer months. The CP will have someparenting time rights during these periods. NCP will have even-numbered years.Christmas B - in even-numbered years, CP’svisitation begins on December 28 at noonand ends at 6:00 pm on the day before schoolresumes after Christmas break. NCP will haveodd-numbered years.Military Deployment - There are specificinstructions for parents in the armed forces.
