Thequestion and the University’s response is as follows:Question: Are we to assume, that the complete specification section 131200 Water Features (Fountain specification) iscovered under Allowance No. (2) for a total of 50,000; in which this allowance would cover a complete “Turn Key” fountainwork including but not limited to: inspection, recommendation report, design, engineering, testing, labor, material cost,receiving, handling, installation and contractor overhead & profit, Etc. ?Response: Yes, except for the storm sewer and power service as indicated in the bid documents.
