How to NominateNominations may be made by the nominating company, PR or Marketing agency,investor etc.Entries must be completed using the online form by January 21, 2022.The entry includes: Product nameProduct description & URLProduct launch dateCompany nameContact information for two people (please includeone contact at the nominating company) Select your category (additional fees apply with each category added)and provide a sentence on why your company fits into that category. Links to supporting materials (marketing materials,white papers, press releases etc. Video or written response on how your product aligns to the judging criteriafor the category. This will be available to the first and second round judges.)Once the form is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to add more categories andproducts to your cart or check out. Your nomination is considered officially enteredonce you have checked out and paid.Note: Each leadership nominee is required to include either a pre-recorded video orwritten response with their nomination - the leadership categories are judged basedon the information submitted in the nomination. Leadership categories differ fromproduct categories in that nominees do not schedule a live demo.How it WorksStep 1: Nominate by January 21.Once your nomination is submitted and paid for, you are officially entered! Step 2: First round (expert) reviewBeginning February 7 you will receive a link to the nomination portal. This iswhere you will see your assigned judges along with your entry. Contact your judgesimmediately to arrange a demo. Once you have completed your two live demos thejudges will complete their scoring and finalists will be announced April 20, 2022.Note: Leadership categories do not require a live demo. Instead please include a link toyour written nomination or video entry for the judges to review.Step 3: second round review.All nominees will be notified if their entry was a finalist by April 20, 2022. Finaliststhen receive a second round review by select first round judges and SIIA members. Thisis a quick review of materials provided in the entry (your video or written response,nomination description and URL). No additional demo is required.Step 4. Celebrate!Winners will be announced June 8&9, 2022.
