One of my favorite quotes by Einstein reads:“ We cannot solve our problems with the same level ofThinking that created them. ”To me, Einstein explains it is inconceivable that we couldfind the answers we need while being on the same level ofconsciousness in which we see such things as a problem. I feelthat I am exceedingly fortunate because I have a very satisfyingand inspiring job where my first mission is to find answers tothe challenges faced by endodontists and clinicians on theirdaily endo practice.Dr.Carlos Spironelli Ramos is an endodontistand completed an endodontics PhD program(1997), the same year he published hisfirst book. He was the head of endodonticsdepartment at the State University ofLondrina, Brazil. During this time, he publishedthree books and wrote more than a dozenchapters for various endodontics books. Heis an international speaker in endodontics, presenting lectures, hands-on workshops, andconferences worldwide each year. Dr. Ramoslives in U.S. since 2012 and he is the ClinicalAffairs Director at Medidenta. After nearly 25 years of performing root canal treatments inmy office and having been a professor of endodontics at auniversity, conducted research and lectured in so many differentplaces, now my task is to use technology not only to improvethe quality of the endodontic treatment but to make it accessibleto all who are willing to carry it out responsibly using propertraining and accurate technique. In these difficult times we need to create solutions that aresuitable from a practical and financial point of view. When I tookon the position of director of Medidenta’s clinical affairs, i madeit my firm intention to bring solutions of proven quality at a costfitting to a new, challenging, ever-changing reality for everyone.Seeing the answer allows your mind to clear- free fromextraneous thinking, as einstein told us, our problems will besolved not only because we are better educated and trained, but because when doing something you love, you acquire newinsight or a new idea. This translates, plain and simple, to what Iam passionately doing now!edidenta’s M-Endo Suitable Endodontics signifies “the right thing in endodontics”. Suitable standsfor accurate, proper, legitimate and fair. The accurate manufacturing and state-of-the-art heattreatment process, making the resulted file efficient and flexible; the proper technique, with eachproduct presentation being followed by a simplified streamlined technique for each case challenge inendodontics; a legitimate education process, a tutoring direct line to help the dentist in any clinicalendodontic case; and fair price, affordable fitting price equalized by the new norm.Suitable EducationA legitimate education process with a direct line withMedidenta’s in-house clinical affairs director,Dr.Carlos Spironelli RamosGot endo questions, or justwant to talk dentistry?Contact Dr. Carlos Spironelli Ramos Directly, Call:877.221.0750 or Email: carlos.ramos@medidenta.com

How Heat Treatment can affect your fileperformance?11mm handle specially attachedto the working part that allowsthe use of endomotors coupledwith foramen locatorISO Color Code1mm thick stable rubber stopHeat Treatment is an endeavor to obtain the maximumefficiency of the material under the demanding conditionsof service. Can be defined1 as a combination of heatingand cooling operations, timed and applied to an alloy in thesolid state in a way that will produce desired properties. In Endodontics the Heat Treatment process for NiTi files isbeing used to achieve more flexibility and higher scoresof cyclic fatigue resistance. Another interesting propertyachieved with the heat treatment is the capacity ofpre-bending a NiTi file.Medidenta’s M-Endo Gold files series are manufacturedusing a fine-tuned heat treatment process, allowing ourGold series NiTi files to be even more flexible2 than thepredecessors without compromising the efficacy of thecutting. Thus, Medidenta’s M-Endo Gold files performancewill be escalated by a higher flexibility and increasedcyclic fatigue resistance.Working length grinded depthmarksAlloy Phase ExpressionState-of-the-art heat treatmentprocess, giving 3X more cyclicfatigue resistance comparedwith non-heat treated NiTiExperimental test showing different levels of heattreatment at the same file, starting with purple, blue andgold surface oxidizing colors.Flutes depth enhanced by thecore progressive diameterproviding better debris removalSuitable ManufacturingAn accurate engineering andproprietary heat treatmentprocess gives you peaceof mind when using theM-Endo files lineDouble-angled non-cuttingtip preventing ledging andperforation1Metal hand book; 2 Medidenta’s clinical affair lab tests

What is the Low EngagementTechnique (L.E.T.)?Engine-driven files are normally tapereddesigned to determine a funnel typepreparation, creating a convenient space forirrigation and following obturation. To avoidtorsional forces on the apical end of thefile, the L.E.T. is vested in different tapersof the M-File Gold series. The main goalis to avoid the red area of action, meaningalways working in a range from 20 to 30%amplitude after cutting.
