N-type Technology GenerationsTOPConTunnel Oxide Passivated ContactHOTHeterojunction Oxide Tunneling Both HIT and TOPCon are considered themainstream second generation technologies forN-Type. TOPCon technology requires minimum CAPEX toimprove the PERC production line. Although HIT has shorter production line but itneeds more CAPEX since it cant use the existingPERC line.

N-type Market share Projections Many suppliers have startedincreasing their capacity for N-typemodules in 2022.
