11 رﻛﻮﻋﻬﺎ ٌ َّ ّ َ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ُ5 ﻣﻜﻴﺔ ِ ِ ﺳﻮرۃ اﻟ 1ِ ﻔﺎﺗﺤﺔ ّٰ َّۡ اﻟﺮﺣٰﻤﻦ َّ ﻟﻠﻪ ۡۡ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ِ ِﺑﺴِﻢ ا ِ ِ ِ7 ٰاﻳﺎﺗﻬﺎ In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.ۡ َ ٰ ۡ ّ َ ّٰ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ََ﴾۱ۙ ﴿ ﻠﻤ ِ ِ اﻟﺤﻤﺪ ِ رب اﻟﻌ ِ ﻟﻠﻪ ٰ ۡ َّۡ ِ َّ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ﴾۲ۙ ﴿ اﻟﺮﺣﻴِﻢ ِّ ﻳﻮم ﴾ؕ۳﴿ اﻟﺪﻳِۡﻦ ِ ِ ٰﻣ ِ ِ ۡ َ ﻠﻚ 1. All the praises and thanks be toAllah, the Lord of the Alameen(mankind, jinns and all that exists).2. The Most Beneficent, the MostMerciful.3. The Only Owner (and the OnlyRuling Judge) of the Day ofRecompense (i.e. the Day ofResurrection)ۡ َ ۡ َ َ َّ َ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ َُّ﴾ؕ۴﴿ ﻧﺴﺘﻌ ِ ِاﻳﺎک ﻌﺒﺪ و ِاﻳﺎک 4. You (Alone) we worship, and You(Alone) we ask for help (for each andeverything).5. Guide us to the Straight Way6. The Way of those on whom Youhave bestowed Your Grace, Not (theway) of those who earned YourAnger (such as the Jews), nor ofthose who went astray (such as theChristians).َۡ ﻏ ِﺮ 1 ﻣ ل َ َۡ َ ِّ اﻫﺪﻧﺎ اﻟ َ ۡ ِ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ﺮاط ﴾۵ۙ ﴿ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ِ َِ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ َّ َ َۡ ﻋﻠ ۡﻴﻬﻢ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ا ﻌﻤﺖ ِ ِ ﺮاط ِۡ ّ َّ َ َ ۡ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َۡ﴾۷٪ ﴿ ِ ﻴﻬﻢ و ﻟ اﻟﻀﺂﻟ ِ اﻟﻤﻐﻀﻮ ِب ﻋﻠ 17
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 240 رﻛﻮﻋﺎﺗﻬﺎ ٌ َّ َ َ َ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ُ87 ﻣﺪﻧﻴﺔ ِ ﺳﻮرۃ اﻟﺒ 2ِ ﺮۃ ّٰ َّۡ اﻟﺮﺣٰﻤﻦ َّ ﻟﻠﻪ ۡۡ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ِ ِﺑﺴِﻢ ا ِ ِ ِIn the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.1. Alif-Lam-Meem. (These letters areone of the miracles of the Quran andnone but Allah (Alone) knows theirmeanings).2. This is the Book (the Quran),whereof there is no doubt, a guidanceto those who are Al-Muttaqoon (thepious and righteous persons who fearAllah much (abstain from all kinds ofsins and evil deeds which He hasforbidden) and love Allah much(perform all kinds of good deedswhich He has ordained)).3. Who believe in the Ghaib andperform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat),and spend out of what we haveprovided for them (i.e. give Zakat ,spend on themselves, their parents,their children, their wives, etc., andalso give charity to the poor and alsoin Allahs Cause - Jihad, etc.).4. And who believe in (the Quran andthe Sunnah) which has been sentdown (revealed) to you (MuhammadPeace be upon him) and in (the Taurat(Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), etc.)which were sent down before you andthey believe with certainty in theHereafter. (Resurrection, recompenseof their good and bad deeds, Paradiseand Hell, etc.).5. They are on (true) guidance fromtheir Lord, and they are the successful.ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ 286 ٰاﻳﺎﺗﻬﺎ ّٓ ٓ﴾ۚ ۱﴿ اﻟـﻢ ۡ َ ًَََُُٰٰۡۡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻫﺪی ِ ِ اﻟﻜﺘﺐ ﻟ رﻳﺐ ِ ذﻟ ِﻚ ۡ َّ ُ ۡ َّ﴾۲ۙ ﴿ ِﻠﻤﺘﻘ ِ ﻟ َ ٰ َّ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َّ ﺆﻣﻨﻮن ِﺑﺎﻟﻐﻴ ِﺐ و ِﻘﻴﻤﻮن اﻟﺼﻠﻮۃ ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳ ُِ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ َ َ َّ ََۡ﴾۳ۙ ﴿ و ِﻣﻤﺎ رزﻗﻨﻬﻢ ﻳﻨ ِﻔﻘﻮن ُ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َّ ََ ﺆﻣﻨﻮۡ َن َ اﻟﻴ َﻚ َو َﻣﺎ ۤاُﻧ ۡﺰل َ ۡ ﺑﻤﺎ ۤ اُﻧ ۡ َ ِ ﺰل ِ و ِِ ِ ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳ َُ َۡ َِۡ ِ ٰ ۡ ﻗﺒﻠﻚ َو ﺑﺎﻟ ﴾ؕ۴﴿ ﺮۃ ُﻫۡﻢ ﻳُﻮۡ ِﻗﻨﻮَۡن ِ ِﻣﻦ ِۡ ّ َّ ﻣﻦ ُ رﺑﻬﻢ َو ُاوﻟ َﻚ ُﻫﻢ ۡ ِّ اُوﻟ َﻚ َﻋ ٰﻲ ُﻫ ًﺪی َِِِِ ُۡ ُِۡۡ﴾۵﴿ اﻟﻤﻔﻠﺤﻮن 1 ﻣ ل
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 6. Verily, those who disbelieve, it isthe same to them whether you (OMuhammad Peace be upon him)warn them or do not warn them, theywill not believe.7. Allah has set a seal on their heartsand on their hearings, (i.e. they areclosedfromacceptingAllahsGuidance), and on their eyes there is acovering. Theirs will be a great torment.8. And of mankind, there are some(hypocrites) who say: "We believe inAllah and the Last Day" while in factthey believe not.9. They (think to) deceive Allah andthose who believe, while they onlydeceive themselves, and perceive (it)not!10. In their hearts is a disease (ofdoubt and hypocrisy) and Allah hasincreased their disease. A painfultorment is theirs because they used totell lies.11. And when it is said to them:"Make not mischief on the earth,"theysay:"Weareonlypeacemakers."12. Verily! They are the ones whomake mischief, but they perceive not.13. And when it is said to them(hypocrites): "Believe as the people(followers of Muhammad Peace beupon him, Al-Ansar and AlMuhajiroon) have believed," theysay: "Shall we believe as the foolshave believed?" Verily, they are thefools, but they know not.3ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َُّ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ٌ َ َ ﺮوا ۡ ُ َ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ َﻛ ۡ ءاﻧﺬرﺗﻬﻢ ۡ ۡ َ َ ﺳﻮآء َ ۡ ِ َّ ان ُِِ ۡ ۡ ُ َۡام َۡﻟﻢ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ ﺗﻨﺬرﻫﻢ ﻟ ۡ﴾۶﴿ ﻳﺆﻣﻨﻮن ِِٰٓ ﺳﻤﻌﻬﻢ َو َﻋ ﻲ ُ ّ ٰ ﺧﺘﻢ ۡ ۡ ُ ُ اﻟﻠﻪ َﻋ ٰﻲ ۡ ِ ۡ َ ﻗﻠﻮﺑﻬﻢ َو َﻋ ٰﻲ ََََِِِ َ ۡ ُ َ َّ ٌ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ ٌٌََۡ﴾۷٪ ﴿ ﻋﻈﻴﻢ ِ اﺑﺼﺎرﻫﻢ ِﻏﺸﺎوۃ و ﻟﻬﻢ ﻋﺬاب ِِۡ َ ّٰ َّ َ ٰ ُ ۡ ُ َّ ۡ َ َّ َ َۡ ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻮم َِ ِ اﻟﻨﺎس ﻣﻦ ﻘﻮل اﻣﻨﺎ ِ ِ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ و ِ و ِﻣﻦ ۡ ُۡ ۡ ُ َ َ ِ ٰۡ﴾ۘ ۸﴿ َ ﺑﻤﺆﻣﻨ ِ ِ ِ اﻟ ِﺮ و ﻣﺎ ﻫﻢ َ ُۡ َُٰ اﻣﻨﻮا َو ﻣﺎ َ ّٰ ﻳﺨﺪﻋﻮن ۡ ُ َ ٰ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ َ ۡ ِ َّ اﻟﻠﻪ َو ِۡ َ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ُ ۡ َ ۤ َّ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ََُُۡ﴾ؕ۹﴿ ﻳﺨﺪﻋﻮن ِاﻟ ا ﻔﺴﻬﻢ و ﻣﺎ ﻳﺸﻌﺮون ً َ َ ُ ّٰ ُ ُ َ َ َ ٌ َ َّ ۡ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ ﻗﻠﻮﺑﻬﻢ ﻣﺮض ﺰادﻫﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺮﺿﺎ ِ ِ ِﻲ ۡ َ ۡ ُ َ َ ٌۢ ۡ َ ٌ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ََُۡ﴾۱۰﴿ ﻳﻜﺬﺑﻮن ِ و ﻟﻬﻢ ﻋﺬاب اﻟ ِﻴﻢ ِﺑﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻧﻮا َۡ ۡ ُ ُۡ َ ۡ َُ َ ۡ َ َۤۡ ُ َۡ رض ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ِ و ِاذا ِﻗﻴﻞ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻟ ِ ﻔﺴﺪوا ِﻲ اﻟ َ َ ََُُُّۡۡۡ﴾۱۱﴿ ﻣﺼﻠﺤﻮن ِ ِاﻧﻤﺎ ﻧﺤﻦ ۡ َ َّ ۡ ٰ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ ُ َّ ۤ َ ََُُۡ﴾۱۲﴿ اﻟﻤﻔﺴﺪونوﻟ ِﻜﻦﻟ ﻳﺸﻌﺮون ِ اﻟ ِاﻧﻬﻢﻫﻢ ۤۡ ُ َ ُ َ ّ َ َ ٰ ۤ َ َ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َ َ و ِاذا ِﻗﻴﻞ ﻟﻬﻢ ا ِﻣﻨﻮا ﻛﻤﺎ اﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺎس ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ُ َّ ِ ۤ َ اﻟﺴﻔﻬﺂُء َاﻟ َ َ ُّ ﻣﻦ ُ اﻧﻬ ۡﻢ ُﻫﻢ ُ ِ ُۡ ََ َ اﻧﺆﻣﻦ َ َﻛﻤﺎ ۤ ٰا َ ۡ َ َّ ۡ ٰ َ ُ َ َ َُُّۡ﴾۱۳﴿ اﻟﺴﻔﻬﺂء و ﻟِﻜﻦ ﻟ ﻌﻠﻤﻮن 1 ﻣ ل 17 1
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 14. And when they meet those whobelieve, they say: "We believe," butwhen they are alone with theirShayatin (devils - polytheists,hypocrites, etc.), they say: "Truly, weare with you; verily, we were butmocking."15. Allah mocks at them and givesthem increase in their wrong-doingsto wander blindly.16. These are they who havepurchased error for guidance, so theircommerce was profitless. And theywere not guided.17. Their likeness is as the likeness ofone who kindled a fire; then, when itlighted all around him, Allah tookaway their light and left them indarkness. (So) they could not see.18. They are deaf, dumb, and blind,so they return not (to the Right Path).19. Or like a rainstorm from the sky,wherein is darkness, thunder, andlightning. They thrust their fingers intheir ears to keep out the stunningthunderclap for fear of death. ButAllaheverencompassesthedisbelievers (i.e. Allah will gatherthem all together).4ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َ َ َ ّ َ ٰ ۤۡ ُ َ ۡ ُ َ ٰ َ ۡ َ ّ ُ َ َ َ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ اﻣﻨﻮا ﻗﺎﻟﻮا اﻣﻨﺎ و ِاذا ِ و ِاذا ﻟﻘﻮا ُ َ َ َ ّ ۤۡ ُ َ ۡ ۡ ٰ َ ٰ ۡ َ ََ ﻣﻌﻜۡﻢ ِ َّاﻧﻤﺎ ﻨﻬﻢ ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ِاﻧﺎ ِ ِ ﺧﻠﻮا ِا ﻲ ﺷﻴ ِﻄﻴ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ﻧﺤﻦ ُ َۡ﴾۱۴﴿ ﻣﺴﺘﻬِﺰُءۡوَن ُ ۡ َ ۡ َ ُ ّٰ َُ ُّ ُ َ ﺰئ ﺑﻬ ۡﻢ َو ﻳ ۡ ﻃﻐﻴﺎﻧِﻬﻢ َ ۡ ُ ﻤﺪﻫۡﻢ ۡﻲ ِ ِ ِ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻳﺴﺘﻬ ََُِِۡ﴾۱۵﴿ ﻌﻤﻬﻮَۡن َ َ ٰ َّ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َّ َ َُ ﻠﺔ ﺑﺎﻟ ُۡﻬٰﺪی َﻓﻤﺎ ِ اوﻟ ِ ﻚ ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ اﺷ ﺮوا اﻟﻀﻠ ُ َ َ َ َُُۡ َ ّ ۡ َ َََُۡۡۡ﴾۱۶﴿ ﺘﺪﻳﻦ ِ ِرﺑﺤﺖ ِﺗﺠﺎرﺗﻬﻢ و ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻧﻮا ﻣﻬ ۤ َّ َ َ ً َ َ َ ۡ َ َّۡ َ َ َ ۡ ُ ُ َ َ اﻟﺬی اﺳﺘﻮﻗﺪ ﻧﺎرا ﻓﻠﻤﺎ ِ ﻛﻤﺜﻞ ِ ﻣﺜﻠﻬﻢ ُ ُ ّٰ َ َ َ ٗ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ َ َُ َ َ َ ﺑﻨﻮۡرﻫ ۡﻢ َو ۡ ﺗﺮﻛﻬﻢ ِ ِ ِ اﺿﺂءت ﻣﺎ ﺣﻮﻟﻪ ذﻫﺐ اﻟﻠﻪ َّ ٰ ُ ُ َُُۡۡۡ﴾۱۷﴿ ِﻲ ﻇﻠﻤ ٍﺖ ﻟ ﻳﺒ ِ ﺮون ٌَََُّۢۡ ُۡ ﺑﻜﻢ ُﻋ ۡ ٌﻲ ٌ ُ ﺻﻢ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ﻓﻬﻢ ﻟ ﴾۱۸ۙ ﴿ ﻳﺮﺟﻌﻮن َِّ َ ّ ّ َ َ ۡ ٌَ ۡ َ ﻇﻠﻤﺖ َّو ٌ ٰ ُ ُ ﻓﻴﻪ َِۡ ِ اﻟﺴﻤﺂء رﻋﺪ ﻛﺼﻴﺐ ِﻣﻦ ٍِ ِ او ٌ ۡ َ ََّ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ﺑﺮق ۡ ِ َ ٰ ۤ اﺻﺎﺑﻌﻬﻢ ۡﻲ ۡ ُ َ َ َ ﻳﺠﻌﻠﻮن َ اذاﻧﻬﻢ ِّﻣﻦ و ِِ ٌِّٰۢ َۡ ََ ََََُُّۡۡ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ اﻟﻠﻪ و اﻟﻤﻮت ﺣﺬر اﻟﺼﻮاﻋﻖ َِِِِٰۡۡ﴾۱۹﴿ ِﺑﺎﻟﻜ ِ ِﺮﻳﻦ 1 ﻣ ل
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 20. The lightning almost snatchesaway their sight, whenever it flashesfor them, they walk therein, and whendarkness covers them, they stand still.And if Allah willed, He could havetaken away their hearing and theirsight. Certainly, Allah has powerover all things.21. O mankind! Worship your Lord(Allah), Who created you and thosewho were before you so that you maybecome Al-Muttaqoon (the pious see V.2:2).22. Who has made the earth a restingplace for you, and the sky as acanopy, and sent down water (rain)from the sky and brought forththerewith fruits as a provision foryou. Then do not set up rivals untoAllah (in worship) while you know(that He Alone has the right to beworshipped).23. And if you (Arab pagans, Jews,and Christians) are in doubtconcerning that which We have sentdown (i.e. the Quran) to Our slave(Muhammad Peace be upon him),then produce a Soorah (chapter) ofthe like thereof and call yourwitnesses (supporters and helpers)besides Allah, if you are truthful.24. But if you do it not, and you cannever do it, then fear the Fire (Hell)whose fuel is men and stones,prepared for the disbelievers.5ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َ َ ۤ َ َّ ُ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ُ َ ۡ َ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ُ َ ََ اﺿﺂء ﻳﻜﺎد اﻟﺒﺮق ﻳﺨﻄﻒ اﺑﺼﺎرﻫﻢ ﻛﻠﻤﺎ َ َّ ۡ ُ َۡ ۡ َ َ اﻇﻠﻢ َ َ ۡ َ ۤ ﻓﻴﻪ َو ِ َاذا ِۡ ِ ﻣﺸﻮۡا ۡ ُ َ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻗﺎﻣﻮا َو َِّ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ ۡ َ َ َ َ َ ُ ّٰ َ َ ۡ َ اﺑﺼﺎرﻫﻢ ِان ِ ِ ﺑﺴﻤﻌﻬﻢ و ِ ِ ِ ﻟﻮ ﺷﺂء اﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﺬﻫﺐ َ ۡ َ ّ ُ ٰ َ َ ٌّٰۡ﴾٪۲۰﴿ ﻗﺪﻳﺮ ٍ ﻛﻞ ِ ﻲء ِ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋ ﻲ ُ َّ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ ُ َّ َ ُّ َ ٰٓۡ َّ رﺑﻜﻢ ۡ ُ َ َ َ اﻟﺬی َُ ﺧﻠﻘﻜﻢ و ﻳﺎﻳﻬﺎ اﻟﻨﺎس اﻋﺒﺪوا ُِ َّ َ ۡ ُ َّ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ ََّۡ﴾۲۱ۙ ﴿ ﻗﺒﻠﻜﻢ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺗﺘﻘﻮن ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ِﻣﻦ ًِ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ ۡ ََّ اﻟﺴﻤﺂء َ َّ ﺮاﺷﺎ َّو ِ اﻟﺬی ﺟﻌﻞ ﻟﻜﻢ اﻟ رض ِۡ َ َ ً َ َ َّ َ َ َ ۡ َ َّ ً َََ اﻟﺴﻤﺂء ﻣﺂء ﻓﺎ ﺮج ِ ٖﺑﻪ ِﺑﻨﺂء و اﻧﺰل ِﻣﻦ ِّٰ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ َ َ ۡ ُ َّ ً ۡ ٰ َ َّ َ ﻟﻠﻪ ِ ِ ِﻣﻦ اﻟﺜﻤﺮ ِت ِرزﻗﺎ ﻟﻜﻢ ﻓﻠ ﺗﺠﻌﻠﻮا َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َّ ً َ ۡ ََُۡ﴾۲۲﴿ اﻧﺪادا و اﻧﺘﻢ ﻌﻠﻤﻮن َ ۡ َ ٰ َ َ ۡ َّ َ َّ ّ ۡ َ ۡ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ﻋﺒﺪﻧﺎ ِ رﻳﺐ ِﻣﻤﺎ ﻧﺰﻟﻨﺎ ﻋ ﻲ ٍ و ِان ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ِﻲ ُ َ َ َ ُ ُۡ ۡ َ ۡ ّ ۡ ّ َۡ ُ َُۡۡۡ ﺷﻬﺪآءﻛﻢ ﻣﺜﻠﻪ و ادﻋﻮا ٍ ِ ﻓﺎﺗﻮا ٖ ِ ِ ﺑﺴﻮرۃ ِﻣﻦ ۡ ٰ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ ّٰ ۡ ُ ۡ َّ﴾۲۳﴿ ِ ﺻﺪﻗ ِ دون ِ اﻟﻠﻪ ِان ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ِ ِﻣﻦ َّ ُ َّ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ۡ َّ ۡ ََ اﻟﻨﺎر ِﻓﺎن ﻟﻢ ﻔﻌﻠﻮا و ﻟﻦ ﻔﻌﻠﻮا ﻓﺎ ﻘﻮا ۡ َّ ُ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ُ َّ َ ُ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َّ اﻟﺤﺠﺎرۃ ِاﻋﺪت ِ اﻟ ِﻲ وﻗﻮدﻫﺎ اﻟﻨﺎس و َٰۡۡ﴾۲۴﴿ ﻟ ِﻠﻜ ِ ِﺮﻳﻦ 1 ﻣ ل 2 132
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 25. And give glad tidings to thosewho believe and do righteous gooddeeds, that for them will be Gardensunder which rivers flow (Paradise).Every time they will be provided witha fruit therefrom, they will say: "Thisis what we were provided withbefore," and they will be given thingsin resemblance (i.e. in the same formbut different in taste) and they shallhave therein Azwajun Mutahharatun(purified mates or wives), (having nomenses, stools, urine, etc.) and theywill abide therein forever.26. Verily, Allah is not ashamed toset forth a parable even of a mosquitoor so much more when it is bigger (orless when it is smaller) than it. Andas for those who believe, they knowthat it is the Truth from their Lord,but as for those who disbelieve, theysay: "What did Allah intend by thisparable?" By it He misleads many,and many He guides thereby. And Hemisleads thereby only those who areAl-Fasiqoon(therebellious,disobedient to Allah).27. Those who break AllahsCovenant after ratifying it, and severwhat Allah has ordered to be joined(as regards Allahs Religion of IslamicMonotheism, and to practise its legallaws on the earth and also as regardskeeping good relations with kith andkin ), and do mischief on earth, it isthey who are the losers.28. How can you disbelieve in Allah?Seeing that you were dead and He6ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َّ َ ٰ ّٰ ُ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ٰ َ ۡ َّ ّ َ َۡ ان َ ُﻟﻬﻢ اﻟﺼﻠﺤﺖ ِ ِ ﻋﻤﻠﻮا ِ و ﺑ ِ ِﺮ ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ اﻣﻨﻮا و ُ ُ َ َّ ُ ُ ٰ ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ ۡ ۡ َ ّٰ َۡ رزﻗﻮا ِ ﺗﺠﺮی ِﻣﻦ ٍِ ﺗﺤﺘﻬﺎ اﻟ ﻧﻬﺮ ﻛﻠﻤﺎ ِ ﺟﻨﺖ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َّ َ ٰ ۡ ُ َ ً ۡ ّ َ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ رزﻗﻨﺎ ٍ ِﻣﻨﻬﺎ ِﻣﻦ ِ اﻟﺬی ِ ﺛﻤﺮۃ ِرزﻗﺎ ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ﻫﺬا ۤ َ ۡ ۡ َُ َ ً َ َ ُ ُُۡ َ ُ َۡ ۡ ِﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ و اﺗﻮا ِ ٖﺑﻪ ﻣﺘﺸﺎﺑﻬﺎ و ﻟﻬﻢ ِﻓﻴﻬﺎ ِٰ َ ۡ ۡ ُ َّ ٌ َ َّ َ ُّ ٌ َ ۡ ََُۡ﴾۲۵﴿ ﺧﻠﺪون ِ ازواج ﻣﻄﻬﺮۃ و ﻫﻢ ِﻓﻴﻬﺎ َّ ً َ َ َ ۡ َّ ۡ َ ۤ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ َ ّٰ َّ ِان اﻟﻠﻪ ﻟ ﻳﺴﺘ ٖﻲ ان ِﺮب ﻣﺜﻠ ﻣﺎ ُ َ ٰ َ ۡ َّ َّ َ َ َ َ ۡ َ َ َ ً َ ۡ ُ َۡ اﻣﻨﻮا اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ِ ﺑﻌﻮﺿﺔ ﻓﻤﺎ ﻓﻮﻗﻬﺎ ﻓﺎﻣﺎ َّ َ َ ۡ ّ َّ ۡ ُّ َ ۡ ُ َّ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ َۡ ِ َّ اﻣﺎ َ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ رﺑﻬﻢ و ِ ِ ﻓﻴﻌﻠﻤﻮن اﻧﻪ اﻟﺤﻖ ِﻣﻦ َ َ َ ٰ ُ ّٰ َ َ َ ۤ َ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ًَ ﻣﺜﻠ ﻛ ﺮوا ﻓﻴﻘﻮﻟﻮن ﻣﺎ ذا اراد اﻟﻠﻪ ِﺑﻬﺬا َ ۡ ۡ َ َّ ً ۡ َ ُّ َُ ﻛﺜ ۡ ًﺮا َو ﻣﺎ ِ ﻳﻬﺪی ِ ٖﺑﻪ ِ ِﻀﻞ ِ ٖﺑﻪ ِ ﻛﺜ ﺮا و ۡ ٰ ۡ َّ ۤ ُّ َُ﴾۲۶ۙ ﴿ اﻟﻔﺴﻘ ِ ِ ِﻀﻞ ِ ٖﺑﻪ ِاﻟ ّٰ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ ۡ ََّۡ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﻨﻘﻀﻮن ﻋﻬﺪ ﺑﻌﺪ ِِِ اﻟﻠﻪ ِﻣﻦ َّٰۡ َ َ َ ۤ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ َۡ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻪۤ َان ُ اﻣﺮ ﺎ ﻣ ﻘﻄﻌﻮن و ﻣﻴﺜﺎﻗﻪ ِِٖٖ َُِّ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ﻳﻮﺻﻞ َو ُ ُ ﻔﺴﺪون ﻲ اﻟ ۡ َ ۡرض ُاوﻟ َﻚ ََۡ ﻫﻢ َُِِِِٰۡۡ﴾۲۷﴿ اﻟﺨ ِ ﺮون ً َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ ّٰ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﻢ اﻣﻮاﺗﺎ ِ ِ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻜ ﺮون 1 ﻣ ل
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ gave you life. Then He will give youdeath, then again will bring you tolife (on the Day of Resurrection) andthen unto Him you will return.29. He it is Who created for you allthat is on earth. Then He Istawa (roseover) towards the heaven and madethem seven heavens and He is theAll-Knower of everything.30. And (remember) when your Lordsaid to the angels: "Verily, Iamgoing to place (mankind) generationsafter generations on earth." Theysaid: "Will You placethereinthosewho will make mischieftherein and shed blood, - while weglorify You with praises and thanks(Exalted be You above all that theyassociate with You as partners) andsanctify You." He (Allah) said: "Iknow that which you do not know."31. And He taught Adam all thenames (of everything), then Heshowed them to the angels and said,"Tell Me the names of these if youare truthful."32. They (angels) said: "Glory be toYou, we have no knowledge exceptwhat you have taught us. Verily, it isYou, the All-Knower, the All-Wise."7ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َّ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ ۡ ُ َّ ُ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ ُ َّ ُ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ََ ﺛﻢ ۡ اﻟﻴﻪ ِ ِ ﻳﺤﻴﻴﻜﻢ ِ ﻓﺎﺣﻴﺎﻛﻢ ﺛﻢ ِ ﻳﻤﻴﺘﻜﻢ ﺛﻢ ََُُۡۡ﴾۲۸﴿ ﺗﺮﺟﻌﻮن َّ ُ ً ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ َّ ۡ ُ َ َ َ َ ۡ َّ َ ُ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﺎ ﺛﻢ ِ ﻫﻮ ِ رض ِ اﻟﺬی ﺧﻠﻖ ﻟﻜﻢ ﻣﺎ ِﻲ اﻟ َ ۡ َ َّ ُ ّٰ َ َ َ َّ َ ٰٓ َ ۡ ﺳﻤﻮت اﻟﺴﻤﺂء ﻓﺴﻮ ﻬﻦ اﺳﺘﻮی ِاﻲ ٍ ٰ ٰ َ ﺳﺒﻊ َِ ّ ُ َُ ٌََۡۡ﴾٪۲۹﴿ ﻋﻠﻴﻢ ِ ﻲء ٍ ﺑﻜﻞ ِ ِ و ﻫﻮ ّ َ َ ۡ َ ُّ َ َ َ ۡ ٌََۡ ﺟﺎﻋﻞ ِﻲ ِ ِ و ِاذ ﻗﺎل رﺑﻚ ﻟ ِﻠﻤﻠ ِ ﻜﺔ ِا ِﻲ ُ َ ً َ ۡ َ َۡۡۡ ﻓﻴَﻬﺎ َﻣﻦ ۡ ِ اﺗﺠﻌﻞ ُ َ ۡ َ َ ﻗﺎﻟﻮۡۤا ﺧﻠﻴﻔﺔ ِ رض ِ اﻟ ُ ۡ َ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُّۡ َ اﻟﺪﻣﺂَء َو َ ِّ ﺴﻔﻚ ُ ﻧﺤﻦ ِ ﻔﺴﺪ ِﻓﻴﻬﺎ و ﻳ َِ ۡ َ ۤۡ ّ َ َ َ َ ُ ّ َ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ُ ّ َ ُُ ﻋﻠﻢ ﻘﺪس ﻟﻚ ﻗﺎل ِا ِﻲ ا ِ ﺑﺤﻤﺪک و ِ ِ ﻧﺴﺒﺢ ََِۡ َ ََُۡ﴾۳۰﴿ ﻣﺎ ﻟ ﻌﻠﻤﻮن َ َ ۡ ُ َ َ َ َّ ُ َ َّ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ٰ َ َّ َ َ و ﻋﻠﻢ ادم اﻟ ﺳﻤﺂء ﻛﻠﻬﺎ ﺛﻢ ﺮﺿﻬﻢ ﻋ ﻲ َ ۡ ُۡ َ َ َ َ َ ََۡ ُ ٰٓ ﺑﺎﺳﻤﺂء ۡ ﻫﺆﻟﺂء ان َِِۡ ِ اﻟﻤﻠ ِِِ اﻧﺒـﻮﻲ ِ ٔ ِ ﻜﺔ ﻓﻘﺎل ۡ َُُٰۡۡ﴾۳۱﴿ ِ ﺻﺪﻗ ِ ﻛﻨﺘﻢ َ َ ۡ َّ َ َ َّ ۤ َ َ َ ۡ َ َ َ ٰ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ﺳﺒﺤﻨﻚ ﻟ ِﻋﻠﻢ ﻟﻨﺎ ِاﻟ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻤﺘﻨﺎ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ََُّۡ﴾۳۲﴿ اﻟﺤﻜﻴﻢ ِ ِاﻧﻚ اﻧﺖ ِ اﻟﻌﻠﻴﻢ 1 ﻣ ل 39 3
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 33. He said: "O Adam! Inform themof their names," and when he hadinformed them of their names, Hesaid: "Did I not tell you that I knowthe Ghaib (unseen) in the heavensand the earth, and I know what youreveal and what you have beenconcealing?"34. And (remember) when We said tothe angels: "Prostrate yourselvesbefore Adam.". And they prostratedexcept Iblees (Satan), he refused andwas proud and was one of thedisbelievers (disobedient to Allah).35. And We said: "O Adam! Dwellyou and your wife in the Paradiseand eat both of you freely withpleasure and delight of things thereinas wherever you will, but come notnear this tree or you both will be ofthe Zalimoon (wrong-doers)."36. Then the Shaitan (Satan) madethem slip therefrom (the Paradise),and got them out from that in whichthey were. We said: "Get you down,all, with enmity between yourselves.On earth will be a dwelling place foryou and an enjoyment for a time."37. Then Adam received from hisLord Words. And his Lord pardonedhim (accepted his repentance).Verily, He is the One Who forgives(accepts repentance), the MostMerciful.8ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َّ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ُ َ ٰ ٰٓ َ َُ َ َ َ ۤ ﻓﻠﻤﺎ ۡ اﻧﺒﺎﻫﻢ ﺑﺎﺳﻤﺂﰱﻬﻢ ِ ﻗﺎل ﻳﺎدم ِ ِ ِ اﻧﺒﺌﻬﻢ ُ َ ۡ َ ۤ اﻲ ۡ ُ َّ اﻗﻞ ۡ َ َ ﻗﺎل َََۡ ﻏﻴﺐ َ َ ﺑﺎﺳﻤﺂﰱﻬ ۡﻢ ۡ َ اﻋﻠﻢ ۡ ُ َ اﻟﻢ ۡ ّ ِ ﻟﻜﻢ ِِ ََِِّ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ اﻋﻠﻢ َﻣﺎ ُٰ َ ۡ َ اﻟﺴﻤﻮت َو اﻟ ۡ َ ۡرض َو ٰ ﺗﺒﺪون َو َﻣﺎ َِِۡ َُُُُۡۡۡ﴾۳۳﴿ ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ﺗﻜﺘﻤﻮن ۤۡ ُ َ َ َ َ َ ٰ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ﻜﺔ اﺳﺠﺪوا ﻟ ِ دم ﻓﺴﺠﺪوا ِ ِ و ِاذ ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ﻟ ِﻠﻤﻠ َ َ اﺳﺘﻜﺒﺮ َو َ َ ۡ َ ۡ اﺑﻠﻴﺲ اَ ٰﺑﻲ َو َ ﻛﺎن ِﻣﻦ َ ۡ ِ ۡ ِ ۤ َّ ِاﻟ َٰۡۡ﴾۳۴﴿ اﻟﻜ ِ ِﺮﻳﻦ َ َّ َ ۡ َ ُ ۡ َ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ ٰ ٰٓ َ ۡ ُ ََ اﻟﺠﻨﺔ و و ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ﻳﺎدم اﺳﻜﻦ اﻧﺖ و زوﺟﻚ ُ ۡ َ ً َ َ َ ۡ ََُ ﺷﺌﺘﻤﺎ َو ﻟ َ َ ۡ َﺮﺑﺎ َ ُ ۡ ِ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻛﻠ ِﻣﻨﻬﺎ رﻏﺪا ۡ ّٰ َ َ ۡ ُ َ َ َ َ َ ََّٰ﴾۳۵﴿ اﻟﻈﻠﻤ ِِِِ ﻫﺬھ اﻟﺸﺠﺮۃ ﻓﺘﻜﻮﻧﺎ ِﻣﻦ َ َ َّ َ ُ َ َ ۡ َ َ َ ۡ َ ُ ٰ ۡ َّ َ ُ َّ َ َ َ ﻓﺎزﻟﻬﻤﺎ اﻟﺸﻴﻄﻦ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻓﺎ ﺮﺟﻬﻤﺎ ِﻣﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻧﺎ ٌّ ُ َ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ُ َ َۡ ﻋﺪو و ِﺒﻌﺾ ِ ِِ ﻓﻴﻪ و ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ٍ اﻫﺒﻄﻮا ﺑﻌﻀﻜﻢ ﻟ ۡ ٰ ٌ َ َ َّ ٌّ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ۡ ُ َ﴾۳۶﴿ ٍ رض ﻣﺴﺘ ﺮ و ﻣﺘﺎع ِاﻲ ِﺣ ِ ﻟﻜﻢ ِﻲ اﻟ َ َ َ َ َ ٰ َ ّ َّ ۡ ُ َ ٰ ّ ٰٓ َ َ َۡ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻛﻠﻤﺖ ﻓﺘﺎب ٍِ ِ رﺑﻪ ٖ ِ ﻓﺘﻠ ﻲ ادم ِﻣﻦ َّ َ ُ ٗ َََُُّّّۡ﴾۳۷﴿ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ِ ِاﻧﻪ ﻫﻮ اﻟﺘﻮاب 1 ﻣ ل
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 38. We said: "Get down all of youfrom this place (the Paradise), thenwheneverthere comes to youGuidance from Me, and whoeverfollows My Guidance, there shall beno fear on them, nor shall theygrieve.39. But those who disbelieve andbelie Our Ayat (proofs, evidences,verses, lessons, signs, revelations,etc.) such are the dwellers of the Fire,they shall abide therein forever.40. O Children of Israel! RememberMy Favour which I bestowed uponyou, and fulfill (your obligations to)My Covenant (with you) so that Ifulfill (My Obligations to) yourcovenant (with Me), and fear nonebut Me.41. And believe in what I have sentdown (this Quran), confirming thatwhich is with you, (the Taurat (Torah)and the Injeel (Gospel)), and be notthe first to disbelieve therein, and buy(get (ÊÇeeÐ ÇÌÑÇ)) not with MyVerses (the Taurat (Torah) and theInjeel (Gospel)) a small price (i.e.getting a small gain by selling MyVerses), and fear Me and Me Alone.(Tafsir At-Tabaree, Vol. I, Page 253).42. And mix not truth with falsehood,nor conceal the truth (i.e. MuhammadPeace be upon him is AllahsMessenger and his qualities arewritten in your Scriptures, the Taurat(Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel))while you know (the truth).43. And perform As-Salat (Iqamatas-Salat), and give Zakat, and Irka(i.e. bow down or submit yourselves9ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ ُ َّ َ ۡ َ َّ َ ً ۡ َ َ ۡ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ ُۡ ﻳﺎﺗﻴﻨﻜﻢ ِ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﺎ ِﻓﺎﻣﺎ ِ اﻫﺒﻄﻮا ِﻣﻨﻬﺎ ِ ﻗﻠﻨﺎ َ َ ۡ ََ ً ُ ّۡ ٌّ ۡ َ َ ﺪای َﻓﻠ َ َ ﺗﺒﻊ ُﻫ ﺧﻮف ِ ِﻣ ِﻲ ﻫﺪی ﻓﻤﻦ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ﻫﻢ ۡ ََۡۡ ُ َ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ َو ﻟ ﴾۳۸﴿ ﻳﺤﺰﻧﻮن َِ ُ ۤ َ ٰ ٰ ۡ ُ َّ َ َ ۡ ُ َ َ َ ۡ َّ َ ﺑﺎﻳﺘﻨﺎ اوﻟ ِ ﻚ ِ ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻛ ﺮوا و ﻛﺬﺑﻮا ِ و ٰ َ ۡ ۡ ُ َّ ُ ٰ ۡ ََُۡ﴾٪۳۹﴿ ﺧﻠﺪون ِ اﺻﺤﺐ اﻟﻨﺎرِ ﻫﻢ ِﻓﻴﻬﺎ ُ ﻌﻤﺖ ٰۡ َ ۡ َ ﻌﻤ َﻲ اﻟَّ ۡﻲۤ ا ۡ ُ ُ ﺮآءﻳﻞ ۡاذ ۡ ِ َ ۡ ﻳﺒ ۡﻲۤ ِا َ ۡ ِ ﺮوا َِ َِِۤۡ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َِۡ ُ ﺑﻌﻬﺪی ۡ ُ ِ ۡ َ اوف َ ﺑﻌﻬﺪﻛﻢ و ِ ِ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ و اوﻓﻮا َِ َ ََُّۡۡ ِاﻳﺎی ﴾۴۰﴿ ﻓﺎرﻫﺒﻮن ًِ ّ َ ُ ُ ََۡۡ َۤ ۡ ُ ََٰ ﻣﻌﻜﻢ َو ﻟ ۡ ُ َ َ ﻣﺼﺪﻗﺎ ﻟّ َِﻤﺎ ِ و ِ اﻣﻨﻮا ِﺑﻤﺎ اﻧﺰﻟﺖ َۡ َ ََ َ َ ّ َ ۤۡ ُ ۡ ُ َٰ ٰ ﺮوا ۡ ُ َ ﺗﺸ ۡ ﺑﺎﻳ ِﻲ ﺗﻜﻮﻧﻮا اول ﻛﺎ ِ ۭﺮ ِ ٖﺑﻪ و ﻟ ُِۡ َّ َ َ َّ َّ ً ۡ َ ً َ َ﴾۴۱﴿ ﻘﻮن ِ ﺛﻤﻨﺎ ِ ﻗﻠﻴﻠ و ِاﻳﺎی ﻓﺎ َّ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َۡ َّ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َ ََ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺎﻃﻞ و ﺗﻜﺘﻤﻮا اﻟﺤﻖ ِ وﻟ ِ ِ ِ ﺗﻠﺒﺴﻮا اﻟﺤﻖ َ َۡ ۡ َََُُۡۡ﴾۴۲﴿ و اﻧﺘﻢ ﻌﻠﻤﻮن َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ َ ٰ َّ ُ ٰ َ َ ٰ َّ ُ ۡ َ َ و ِاﻗﻴﻤﻮا اﻟﺼﻠﻮۃ و اﺗﻮا اﻟﺰﻛﻮۃ و ارﻛﻌﻮا ﻣﻊ 1 ﻣ ل 410 4
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ with obedience to Allah) along withArRakioon.44. Enjoin you Al-Birr (piety andrighteousness and each and every actof obedience to Allah) on the peopleand you forget (to practise it)yourselves, while you recite theScripture (the Taurat (Torah))! Haveyou then no sense?45. And seek help in patience and AsSalat (the prayer) and truly it isextremely heavy and hard except forAl-Khashioon (i.e. the true believersin Allah - those who obey Allahwith full submission, fear much fromHis Punishment, and believe in HisPromise (Paradise, etc.) and in HisWarnings (Hell, etc.)).46. (They are those) who are certainthat they are going to meet their Lord,and that unto Him they are going toreturn.47. O Children of Israel! RememberMy Favour which I bestowed uponyou and that I preferred you to theAlameen (mankind and jinns) (ofyour time period, in the past).48. And fear a Day (of Judgement)when a person shall not avail another,nor will intercession be acceptedfrom him nor will compensation betaken from him nor will they behelped.49. And (remember) when Wedelivered you from Firauns (Pharaoh)people, who were afflicting you witha horrible torment, killing your sonsand sparing your women, and therein10ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ ۡ ّٰ﴾۴۳﴿ َ اﻟﺮﻛ ِِﻌ َّ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َّ ۡ اﻟﻨﺎس َ ۡ َ ۡ َ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺮ َو ﺗ ۡ ُ َ ُ ۡ َ ﻨﺴﻮن ا ََ ﻔﺴﻜﻢ و اﺗﺎﻣﺮون ِِ ُِ َۡ َََ َ ٰ ۡ َ ُۡ َۡ ۡ ََُۡۡ﴾۴۴﴿ ﻌﻘﻠﻮن ِ اﻟﻜﺘﺐ اﻓﻠ ِ اﻧﺘﻢ ﺗﺘﻠﻮن َۡ َّ اﺳﺘﻌﻴﻨﻮا َ اﻟﺼﻠﻮۃ َو ِ َّاﻧﻬﺎ ۡ ُ ۡ ِ َ ۡ َو ِ ٰ ّ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﺒﺮِ َو ِۡ ٰ ۡ َ َ َّ ٌ َ ۡ َ ََ﴾۴۵ۙ ﴿ اﻟﺨﺸﻌ ِ ِ ﻟﻜﺒ ﺮۃ ِاﻟ ﻋ ﻲ َِ ۡ ُّ ُ َ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ُ َّ َ رﺑﻬﻢ َو ۡ ِ َّۡ ّ َ ﻣﻠﻘﻮا ۡ ُ َّ َ ﻳﻈﻨﻮن ۡ اﻧﻬﻢ ۡ ُ ٰ ُّ اﻧﻬﻢ ََِِ ۡ ُ ٰ اﻟﻴﻪ ِۡ َ ِ﴾٪۴۶﴿ رﺟﻌﻮن ُِ ﻌﻤﺖ ٰۡ َ ۡ َ ﻌﻤ َﻲ اﻟَّ ۡﻲۤ ا ۡ ُ ُ ﺮآءﻳﻞ ۡاذ ۡ ِ َ ۡ ﻳﺒ ۡﻲۤ ِا َ ۡ ِ ﺮوا ََِ ِِۡ َ ٰ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َّ َ ۡ ّ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ََ﴾۴۷﴿ اﻟﻌﻠﻤ ِ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ و ِاﻲ ﻓﻀﻠﺘﻜﻢ ﻋ ﻲ ۡ َّ ۡ َ ٌ ۡ َ ۡ ۡ َ َّ ً ۡ َ ۡ ُ َّ َ ﻔﺲ و ا ﻘﻮا ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﻟ ٍِ ﺗﺠﺰی ﻔﺲ ﻋﻦ ُ َ ۡ ُ َ َّ ٌ َ َ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ُ َ َّ ً ۡ َ ﻳﺆﺧﺬ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ و ﻟ ﻘﺒﻞ ِﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺷﻔﺎﻋﺔ و ﻟ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ َّ ٌ ۡ َ َ ََُۡۡ﴾۴۸﴿ ِﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﺪل و ﻟ ﻫﻢ ﻳﻨ ﺮون ُ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ ٰ ۡ ّ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ َّ َ ۡ َۡ ﻳﺴﻮﻣﻮﻧﻜﻢ و ِاذ ﻧﺠﻴﻨﻜﻢ ِﻣﻦ ِال ِﺮﻋﻮن َ َ ۡ َ ٓۡ َُ ۡ ُ ّ َ ُ اﻟﻌﺬاب ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ﻳﺬﺑﺤﻮن َ اﺑﻨﺂءﻛﻢ و ﺳﻮء ِِ1 ﻣ ل 57 5
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ was a mighty trial from your Lord.50. And (remember) when Weseparated the sea for you and saved youand drowned Firauns (Pharaoh) peoplewhile you were looking (at them, whenthe sea-water covered them).51. And (remember) when Weappointed for Moosa (Moses) fortynights, and (in his absence) you tookthe calf (for worship), and you wereZalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.).52. Then after that We forgave you sothat you might be grateful.53. And (remember) when We gaveMoosa (Moses) the Scripture (theTaurat (Torah)) and the criterion (ofright and wrong) so that you may beguided aright.54. And (remember) when Moosa(Moses) said to his people: "O mypeople! Verily, you have wrongedyourselves by worshipping the calf.So turn in repentance to your Creatorand kill yourselves (the innocent killthe wrongdoers among you), that willbe better for you with your Lord."Then He accepted your repentance.Truly, He is the One Who acceptsrepentance, the Most Merciful.55. And (remember) when you said:"O Moosa (Moses)! We shall neverbelieve in you till we see Allah11ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ َُۡۡ َ ٌَۡ َ َ ِﻜﻢ ۡ ُ ﻧﺴﺂءﻛﻢ َو ۡﻲ ٰذﻟ ۡ ُ َ َ ِ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻴﻮن ۡ ﺑﻠﺂء ِّﻣﻦ ُِ ّ ٌََّۡۡ﴾۴۹﴿ ﻋﻈﻴﻢ ِ ِرﺑﻜﻢ َۤ َۡۡ َ َ ۡ ُ ٰۡ َ ََۡ َ ۡ َۡ ُ ُ َ ََۡ ۡ َ و ِاذ ﺮﻗﻨﺎ ِﺑﻜﻢ اﻟﺒﺤﺮ ﻓﺎﻧﺠﻴﻨﻜﻢ و ا ﺮﻗﻨﺎ ُ َۡ ۡ ََُۡ َ َۡ ۡ َ َُٰۡ﴾۵۰﴿ ال ِﺮﻋﻮن و اﻧﺘﻢ ﺗﻨ ﺮون ُ ۡ َ َّ َّ ُ ً َ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ ٰٓ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ٰ ۡ َُ اﺗﺨﺬﺗﻢ ارﺑﻌ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺛﻢ ِ و ِاذ وﻋﺪﻧﺎ ﻣﻮ ﻲ َۡ اﻟﻌﺠﻞ ﻣﻦ َ ۡ ُ ِ ٰ اﻧﺘﻢ ۡۡۡ ُ ۡ َ ﺑﻌﺪھ َو َ﴾۵۱﴿ ﻇﻠﻤﻮن ُِِِٖ َّ َ َ َ ٰ ۡ َ ّ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ َ َّ ُۡ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟ ِﻚ ِ ﺛﻢ ﻋﻔﻮﻧﺎ ﻋﻨﻜﻢ ِﻣﻦ ُ ََُۡۡ﴾۵۲﴿ ﺗﺸ ﺮون ُ َّ َ َ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َ ٰ ۡ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ٰ ۡ َۡ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ اﻟﻜﺘﺐ و اﻟ ﺮﻗﺎن ِ و ِاذ اﺗﻴﻨﺎ ﻣﻮ ﻲ َََُۡۡ﴾۵۳﴿ ﺗﻬﺘﺪون َُ ۡ َ َ اﻧﻜﻢ ۡ ﻇﻠﻤﺘﻢ ۡ ُ َّ ِ ﻘﻮم َ َ َو ِ ۡاذ ِۡ َ ٰ ِﻘﻮﻣﻪ ٖ ِ ۡ ﻗﺎل ُﻣﻮۡ ٰ ﻲ ﻟ ُ َ ٰ ۤۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ ۡ ُ ُ َ ّ ۡ ُ َ ُ ۡ َۡ ﺑﺎرﰱﻜﻢ ِ ﺑﺎﺗﺨﺎذﻛﻢ ِ ِ ِ ا ﻔﺴﻜﻢ ِ ِ اﻟﻌﺠﻞ ﻓﺘﻮﺑﻮا ِاﻲ ُ َ َ ۡ ۡ ُ َ ّ ٌ ۡ َ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ ُ َ ُ ۡ َ ۤۡ ُ ُ ۡ َۡ ﺑﺎرﰱﻜﻢ ِ ِ ﻓﺎﻗﺘﻠﻮا ا ﻔﺴﻜﻢ ذﻟ ِﻜﻢ ﺧ ﺮ ﻟﻜﻢ ِﻋﻨﺪ َّ َ ُ ٗ َّ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َ َ َ َََُُّّۡ﴾۵۴﴿ ﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ِ ﻓﺘﺎب ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ِاﻧﻪ ﻫﻮ اﻟﺘﻮاب ا َ ّٰ َ َ َ َ ۡ ُّ ۡ َ ٰ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ ََ ﻧﺆﻣﻦ ﻟﻚ ﺣ ﻲ ﻧﺮی ِ و ِاذ ﻗﻠﺘﻢ ﻳﻤﻮ ﻲ ﻟﻦ 1 ﻣ ل
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ plainly." But you were seized withathunderbolt (lightning) while youwere looking.56. Then We raised you up after yourdeath, so that you might be grateful.57. And We shaded you with cloudsand sent down on you Al-Manna andthe quails, (saying): "Eat of the goodlawful things We have provided foryou," (but they rebelled). And theydid not wrong Us but they wrongedthemselves.58. And (remember) when We said:"Enter this town (Jerusalem) and eatbountifully therein with pleasure anddelight wherever you wish, and enterthe gate in prostration (or bowingwith humility) and say: Forgive us,and We shall forgive you your sinsand shall increase (reward) for thegood-doers."59. But those who did wrong changedthe word from that which had beentold to them for another, so We sentupon the wrong-doers Rijzan (apunishment) from the heaven becauseof their rebelling against AllahsObedience. (Tafsir At-Tabaree, Vol.I, Page 305).60. And (remember) when Moosa(Moses) asked for water for hispeople, We said: "Strike the stonewith your stick." Then gushed forththerefrom twelve springs. Each12ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ ُ َ ّٰ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ َ َ ً َ ۡ َ َ ُّٰ ۡ َ ﻌﻘﺔ َو ۡ اﻧﺘﻢ ِ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺟﻬﺮۃ ﻓﺎﺧﺬﺗﻜﻢ اﻟﺼ ََۡ ۡ ُ ُ ﺗﻨ ﴾۵۵﴿ ﺮون ُ َّ َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ َ ّ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ َ َ َّ ُۡ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﻣﻮﺗﻜﻢ ِ ﺑﻌﺪ ِ ﺛﻢ ﺑﻌﺜﻨﻜﻢ ِﻣﻦ ُ ََُۡۡ﴾۵۶﴿ ﺗﺸ ﺮون َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ َ َ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ َ ۡ َّ َ ََ اﻟﻤﻦ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ اﻧﺰﻟﻨﺎ ّ َ ۡ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ و ﻇﻠﻠﻨﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ اﻟﻐﻤﺎم و َ ۡ ۡ ُ ُ ٰ ۡ َّ ََ رزﻗﻨﻜﻢ َو ﻣﺎ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ َ َ ﻃﻴﺒﺖ َﻣﺎ ِّٰ ِ و اﻟﺴﻠﻮی ﻛﻠﻮا ِﻣﻦ ۡ َ ۡ ُ َ ُ ۡ َ ۤۡ ُ َ ۡ ٰ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ََُۡ﴾۵۷﴿ ﻳﻈﻠﻤﻮن ِ ﻇﻠﻤﻮﻧﺎ و ِﻟﻜﻦ ﻛﺎﻧﻮا ا ﻔﺴﻬﻢ ۡ َُُۡ َ َ َۡۡ ٰ ُۡ ُ ۡ َ ُۡ ۡ ََ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ِ ِ و ِاذ ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ادﺧﻠﻮا ِ ﻫﺬھ اﻟ ﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻜﻠﻮا َ ً َّ ُ َ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َّ ً َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ﺳﺠﺪا ّو ﺣﻴﺚ ِﺷﺌﺘﻢ رﻏﺪا و ادﺧﻠﻮا اﻟﺒﺎب ُ ٰ ٰ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ۡ َّ ٌ َّ ۡ ُ ۡ ُُ ﺧﻄﻴﻜﻢ َو َﺳ َ ۡﻳﺪ ۡ ﻗﻮﻟﻮا ِﺣﻄﺔ ﻐ ِ ﺮ ﻟﻜﻢ ِۡ ۡ ُۡ﴾۵۸﴿ َ اﻟﻤﺤﺴﻨ ِ َِ ۡ ُ َ َ َ ۡ َّ َ َّ َ َۡ َّ ﻗﻮﻟ ً َﻏ ۡ َﺮ ۡ ِ اﻟﺬی َۡ ﻗﻴﻞ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻇﻠﻤﻮا ِِ ﻓﺒﺪل َ َ َ ۡ َّ َ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ ًَ ۡ ﻤﻮا َُۡ رﺟﺰا ِّﻣﻦ ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻇﻠ ِ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻓﺎﻧﺰﻟﻨﺎ ﻋ ﻲ ََ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ ﻛﺎﻧﻮا َ اﻟﺴﻤﺂء ۡ ُ َ ﺑﻤﺎ ﴾٪۵۹﴿ ﻔﺴﻘﻮن ِِ َ َّ ۡ ُ َ َۡ ٰۡ ُ ٰ ۡ َ ۡ َۡ ﻓﻘﻠﻨﺎ ا ۡ ﺮب ِﻘﻮﻣﻪ ٖ ِ و ِ ِاذ اﺳﺘﺴ ﻲ ﻣﻮ ﻲ ﻟ َََِۡ ََۡ ُ ۡ ۡ ََ َۡ َ ََ َۡ َ َ َّ ِﺑﻌﺼﺎک اﻟﺤﺠﺮ ﻓﺎ ﻔﺠﺮت ِﻣﻨﻪ اﺛﻨﺘﺎﻋ ﺮۃ 1 ﻣ ل 6 136
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ (group of) people knew its own placefor water. "Eat and drink of thatwhich Allah has provided and do notact corruptly, making mischief on theearth."61. And (remember) when you said,"O Moosa (Moses)! We cannotendure one kind of food. So invokeyour Lord for us to bring forth for usof what the earth grows, its herbs, itscucumbers, its Foom (wheat orgarlic), its lentils and its onions." Hesaid, "Would you exchange thatwhich is better for that which islower? Go you down to any town andyou shall find what you want!" Andthey were covered with humiliationand misery, and they drew onthemselves the Wrath of Allah. Thatwas because they used to disbelievethe Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses,lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) ofAllah and killed the Prophetswrongfully. That was because theydisobeyed and used to transgress thebounds (in their disobedience toAllah, i.e. commit crimes and sins).62. Verily! Those who believe andthose who are Jews and Christians,and Sabians, whoever believes inAllah and the ast Day and dorighteous good eeds shall havetheir reward with their Lord, on themshall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.13ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ ُّ ُ ﻋﻠﻢ ۡ َ ﻋﻴًﻨﺎ ُ َ َ ۡ ﻛﻞ اُ َﻧﺎس َّﻣ َ ﺮﺑﻬۡﻢ ُ ُﻛﻠﻮۡا و َ ِ َ ﻗﺪ ٍََۡ ۡ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ َ ّٰ ۡ ّ ۡ ۡ ُ َ ۡۡ رض ِ رزق ِ ِ ا ﺮﺑﻮا ِﻣﻦ ِ اﻟﻠﻪ و ﻟ ﻌﺜﻮا ِﻲ اﻟ ُۡ﴾۶۰﴿ ﻣﻔﺴﺪﻳَۡﻦ ِ َِّ َ َ ٰ َ َ ۡ َّ ۡ َ ٰ ۡ ُ ٰ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ َ اﺣﺪ ٍ ِ ﻃﻌﺎم و ٍ ﻧﺼﺒﺮ ﻋ ﻲ ِ و ِاذ ﻗﻠﺘﻢ ﻳﻤﻮ ﻲ ﻟﻦ ُ َ ُ ُ َّ َ َ ۡ ۡ ُ َ َّ َ َ َ ُ ۡ َ ﺒﺖ اﻟ ۡ ۡرض ِ ﻓﺎدع ﻟﻨﺎ رﺑﻚ ﻳ ِﺮج ﻟﻨﺎ ِﻣﻤﺎ ﺗﻨ ََََّۡ ﻗﺜﺂ َ َ َ ﻣﻬﺎ َو َ ِ ۡ ﰱﻬﺎ َو ُﻓﻮ ََ ﻋﺪﺳﻬﺎ و ﺑﻘﻠﻬ ِﻣﻦ و ﺎ ِِِ ِٰ ۡ َ َ ُ ۡ َّ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ اﻟﺬی ﻫﻮ اد ﻲ ﺑﺼﻠﻬﺎ ﻗﺎل ِِ اﺗﺴﺘﺒﺪﻟﻮن َِّ ۡ ُ َ َّ َ ً ۡ ۡ ُ ۡ ٌ ۡ َ َ ُ ۡ َّ ﺑﺎﻟﺬی ﻫﻮ ﺧ ﺮ ِاﻫ ِﺒﻄﻮا ِﻣ ﺮا ِﻓﺎن ﻟﻜﻢ ﻣﺎ ِ ُِ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ ُ َّ ّ ُ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ ُ َ ۡ ُ ۡ َ َ اﻟﺬﻟﺔ و اﻟﻤﺴﻜﻨﺔ ِ ﺳﺎﻟﺘﻢ و ِﺮﺑﺖ ﻋﻠﻴِﻬﻢ ُ َ ۡ ُ َّ َ َ ٰ ّٰ َ ّ َ َ ۡ ُ َ َۡ ﻛﺎﻧﻮا اﻟﻠﻪ ذﻟ ِﻚ ِﺑﺎﻧﻬﻢ ِ ﺑﻐﻀﺐ ِﻣﻦ ٍ ِ و ﺑﺂءو ۡ َ َ ّ َّ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َ َ ّٰ ٰ ٰ َ ۡ ُ ُ ۡ َِ ﻳﻜ ﺮون ِﺑﺎﻳ ِﺖ ِ اﻟﻨﺒ ٖ ِﺑﻐ ﺮ ِ اﻟﻠﻪ و ﻘﺘﻠﻮن ُ َ َّ ۡ َ َ َ َ ٰ ّ َ ۡۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ﻛﺎﻧﻮۡا اﻟﺤﻖ ذﻟ ِﻚ ِﺑﻤﺎ ﻋﺼﻮا و ﴾٪۶۱﴿ ﻌﺘﺪوَن َِّ َ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َّ َ ۡ ُ َ ٰ َ ۡ َّ َّٰٰ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻫﺎدوا و اﻟﻨ ﺮی ِ ِان ِ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ اﻣﻨﻮا و ۡ َ ّٰ َ َ ٰ ۡ َ َ ۡ ّٰ ََ ﻮم اﻟ ۡ ٰ ِ ﺮ و َِۡ ِ و اﻟﺼ ِﺒ ِ ﻣﻦ اﻣﻦ ِ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ و اﻟﻴ ِۡ َََُُُۡۡۡ ً َ َ ََ ﻋﻨ َﺪ َ ّرﺑﻬۡﻢ َو ﻟ ِِ ِ ِ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺻﺎﻟ ِﺤﺎ ﻓﻠﻬﻢ اﺟﺮﻫﻢ ََُُۡۡ ََۡ ََۡ ٌ َۡ﴾۶۲﴿ ﺤﺰﻧﻮَۡن ﺧﻮف ﻋﻠﻴِﻬﻢ و ﻟ ﻫﻢ ﻳ 1 ﻣ ل 72 7
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 63. And (O Children of Israel,remember) when We took yourcovenant and We raised above youthe Mount (saying): "Hold fast to thatwhich We have given you, andremember that which is therein sothat you may become Al-Muttaqoon(the pious - see V.2:2).64. Then after that you turned away.Had it not been for the Grace andMercy of Allah upon you, indeed youwould have been among the losers.65. And indeed you knew thoseamongst you who transgressed in thematter of the Sabbath (i.e. Saturday).We said to them: "Be you monkeys,despised and rejected."66. So We made this punishment anexample to their own and tosucceeding generations and a lessonto those who are Al-Muttaqoon (thepious - see V.2:2).67. And (remember) when Moosa(Moses) said to his people: "Verily,Allah commands you that youslaughter a cow." They said, "Do youmake fun of us?" He said, "I takeAllahs Refuge from being among AlJahiloon (the ignorants or thefoolish)."68. They said, "Call upon your Lordfor us that He may make plain to uswhat it is!" He said, "He says, Verily,it is a cow neither too old nor tooyoung, but (it is) between the twoconditions, so do what you arecommanded."14ّٓ ٓ1 اﻟﻢ ُّ ُ ُ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ َ َ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ ۡ ََ اﻟﻄﻮۡر و ِاذ اﺧﺬﻧﺎ ِﻣﻴﺜﺎﻗﻜﻢ و رﻓﻌﻨﺎ ﻓﻮﻗﻜﻢ ُ َٰۡ ٰۤ َ ۡ ُ َُّ ُ ﻜﻢ ۡ ُ ُ ﺑﻘﻮۃ َّو ۡاذ ۡۡ ﺮوا َﻣﺎ ِﻓﻴِﻪ ٍ ِ ﺧﺬوا ﻣﺎ اﺗﻴﻨ ُ َّ َ ۡ ُ َّ َ ََۡ﴾۶۳﴿ ﻟﻌﻠﻜﻢ ﺗﺘﻘﻮن ّٰ ُ ۡ َ اﻟﻠﻪ ِ ﻓﻀﻞ َ َ َ ٰ ۡ َ ّ ۡ ُ ۡ َّ َ َ َّ َُ ﻓﻠﻮۡ ﻟ ﺑﻌﺪ ذﻟ ِﻚ ِ ﺛﻢ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺘﻢ ِﻣﻦ ٰۡ َ ّ ۡ ُ ۡ َُٗ ُ َ ۡ ََ ۡ ُ ۡ َََۡ﴾۶۴﴿ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ و رﺣﻤﺘﻪ ﻟﻜﻨﺘﻢ ِﻣﻦ اﻟﺨ ِ ِﺮﻳﻦ ُ ۡ ۡ َ َ ۡ َ ۡ َّ ُ ُ ۡ َ ۡ َ َ َۡ اﻟﺬﻳﻦ اﻋﺘﺪوا ِﻣﻨﻜﻢ ِﻲ ِ و ﻟﻘﺪ ِ ﻋﻠﻤﺘﻢ ۡ ٰ ً َ َ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ََّ﴾۶۵ۚ ﴿ ِ اﻟﺴﺒﺖ ﻓﻘﻠﻨﺎ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻛﻮﻧﻮا ِﺮدۃ ﺧ ِﺴ ََِ َ ٰۡ َ َ ََ َ ۡ َ ﻧﻜﺎﻟ ً ﻟّ َِﻤﺎ ﺑَ ۡ َ ﻳَ َﺪﻳَۡﻬﺎ َو َﻣﺎ ﺧﻠﻔﻬﺎ َو ﻓﺠﻌﻠﻨﻬﺎ ۡ َّ ُ ۡ ّ ً َ ۡ ََ﴾۶۶﴿ ِﻠﻤﺘﻘ ِ ﻣﻮﻋﻈﺔ ﻟ َِّ ۤ ۡ َ ٰ ۡ ُ َ َ ۡ َۡ ﻣﺮﻛﻢ َان ۡ ُ ُ ُ ۡ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻳَﺎ َ ّ ٰ ان ِ ِﻘﻮﻣﻪ ٖ ِ و ِاذ ﻗﺎل ﻣﻮ ﻲ ﻟ ُ َ ّ َ َ ۤۡ ُ َ ً َ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ ًَ ُ ﺗﺘﺨﺬ َﻧﺎ ُﻫ َ ﺰوا َﻗﺎل ِ ﺗﺬﺑﺤﻮا ﺑ ﺮۃ ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ا ۡ ٰ ۡ َ َ ۡ ُ َ ۡ َ ّٰ ُ ۡ ُ ََ﴾۶۷﴿ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ ان اﻛﻮن ِﻣﻦ اﻟﺠِﻬ ِﻠ ِ ِ اﻋﻮذ َ َّ َ َ َ ُ ۡ ُ ََ ﻳﺒ ّ ۡ َّ َﻟﻨﺎ َﻣﺎ ِ َﻲ َﻗﺎل َِ ُ رﺑﻚ ﻗﺎﻟﻮا ادع ﻟﻨﺎ ٌ َ َّ ٌ َ َ َ َ َّ ُ ۡ ُ َ ٗ ٌَّ ﻓﺎرض َّو ﻟ َ ﺑ ۡ ﺮ ِ ِاﻧﻪ ﻘﻮل ِاﻧﻬﺎ ﺑ ﺮۃ ﻟ ٌََََََََُُُِٰۢۡۡۡۡۡ ﻓﺎﻓﻌﻠﻮا ﻣﺎ ََ ﻋﻮان ﺑ ذﻟ ِﻚ ﴾۶۸﴿ ﺗﺆﻣﺮون 1 ﻣ ل
2 اﻟﺒ ﺮۃ 69. They said, "Call upon your Lordfor us to make plain to us its colour."He said, "He says, It is a yellow cow,
