STUDENT ANALYSTCOMPETITIONJeff Masse (MSF 2014) finished in thetop 100 out of more than 700 competitorsin the 2012-2013 Institutional InvestorAll-American Student Analyst Competition. Competitor portfolios were evaluatedon both return and risk measures over thethree-month duration of the competition.Jeff managed a long-short equity portfolioACG CUPIn March, MSF 2013 students Alex Mack, Rodrigo Calvo, Sam Kahn,and Brett Gasaway competed in the 2013 ACG Cup, a case competitionfocusing on corporate valuation and financial advisory. After advancingpast the first round at UF, they competed against the University of SouthFlorida, the University of Tampa and Rollins College in the final roundheld in Tampa.
