59. Fees and Credit PolicyLearningAnnex.com reserves the right to charge for the use of the LearningAnnex.comNetwork and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. LearningAnnex.comwill not charge for usage time prior to fees being established. If LearningAnnex.comterminates your usage because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not beentitled to the refund of any unused portion of any subscription or other fees.If you are enrolled in a class and the class is canceled, you will receive a voucher for anadditional class (of same or lesser value) at a future date. Also, if you aren’t 100%satisfied with your class or meeting, LearningAnnex,com will credit your account or offeranother comparable class at a later date.10. Registration LearningAnnex.com UsersTo become "LearningAnnex.com user", you must register and create an account withLearningAnnex.com through our online registration process atwww.LearningAnnex.com. You must provide LearningAnnex.com with accurate andcomplete registration information, including your first and last name, email address,birth date, zip code, and your chosen LearningAnnex.com username.Registration is limited to individuals who reside in the United States of America and whoare 18 years of age or older. By registering to become a LearningAnnex.com user, yourepresent and warrant that the information you provide to LearningAnnex.com isaccurate. You also agree to, and represent and warrant that you will, promptly updateyour contact information in the event any of that information changes. You may updateyour account information by logging in to your account at www.LearningAnnex.com.LearningAnnex.com reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of theLearningAnnex.com Network if you fail to provide, or to timely update, that information.When you register to become a LearningAnnex.com user, you will also be asked tochoose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality ofyour password and your username. You agree not to use the account, username, orpassword of another LearningAnnex.com user at any time or to disclose your passwordto any third party. You agree to notify LearningAnnex.com immediately if you suspectany unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. Under nocircumstances should you respond to a request for your password, particularly arequest from an individual claiming to be an employee of LearningAnnex.com.OUR EMPLOYEES WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD!You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

611. EmailsBy registering with LearningAnnex.com, you are agreeing to accept emails fromLearningAnnex.com regarding the status of your account and emails from the TheLearning Annex, LP. You may "opt out" of receiving one or both of these emails at anytime, including upon creating your account.All other email communication from LearningAnnex.com requires your consent to "optin." You have the ability to change these preferences within your account at the time ofcreation or at anytime thereafter, however, please allow 7-10 days for any changes totake effect. Further, emailing LearningAnnex.com directly will implicitly authorize aresponsive email, which may be generated automatically.For additional information on communications with LearningAnnex.com and the use ofpersonal information, please refer to the LearningAnnex.com Privacy Policy.12. Usage by MinorsLearningAnnex.com users must be age 18 or over, however, while the majority of thecontent found on or through LearningAnnex.com is for general audiences, there may becertain adult or mature Content. Where there is mature or adult Content, individualswho are less than 18 years of age, or are not permitted to access such Content underthe laws of any applicable jurisdiction, may not access such content. Content Not Screened or Error FreeYou acknowledge and agree that LearningAnnex.com does not screen or reviewpublished content on the LearningAnnex.com Network, nor does it screen or review anyother communications from Experts on the site or communicated to you by an Expert inany other way, to determine whether it contains false or defamatory material, or materialwhich is offensive, indecent, objectionable, or which contains errors or omissions. Youacknowledge and agree that by using LearningAnnex.com, you may be exposed tocontent that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. You further acknowledge and agreethat the content may contain errors or omissions or may even be false. Under nocircumstances will LearningAnnex.com be liable in any way for any LearningAnnex.comuser or other third party content, including, but not limited to, for any defamation,falsehoods, errors or omissions in any such content, or for any loss or damage of anykind incurred as a result of the use, reliance on, or publication of any such contentposted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the LearningAnnex.com Network.LearningAnnex.com does not guarantee that any content or media will be to yoursatisfaction.15. Reporting ViolationsGiven the nature of the LearningAnnex.com Network and the Internet generallyLearningAnnex.com must also rely on Viewers to report violations that they observe. Ifyou suspect that a LearningAnnex.com or other Viewer has violated this Agreement, orhas made available content that violates this Agreement or a LearningAnnex.com policyor that is otherwise illegal, you should report the suspected violation toLearningAnnex.com. You hereby represent and warrant that any information youprovide in connection with any report of a suspected violation will be true and correct,subject to penalty of perjury.16. Content Not Suitable for General ViewingLearningAnnex.com requires individual LearningAnnex.com users to identify contentthat is suitable for adults only. Such Content can be due to many factors, including, butnot limited to, the use or depiction of nudity, adult content, violence, profanity, etc.

9LearningAnnex.com may employ a variety of technological and other filters to preventViewers whose ages have not been verified from accessing content that is not suitablefor general viewing. However, as stated LearningAnnex.com cannot simultaneouslymonitor the contents of all posted content, and must once again rely on Viewers toreport LearningAnnex.com content that may be of concern.17. Reporting of Violations of CopyrightYou may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining theprior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
