What is Career and College Promise (CCP)? Career and College Promise (CCP) allows highschool students, grades 11-12, to earn college credit whilestill enrolled in high school, FOR FREE. The CCP programoffers many different pathways for students to choose frombased on their individual goals under two main categories: College Transfer Pathways (CTP) and Career and TechnicalEducation (CTE) Certificates. CCP students can be enrolled in up to two programsat once.

Pathways College Transfer Pathways (CTP) Students who are interested in pursuing a 4-year degreewill find that a College Transfer Pathway (CTP) may be thebest choice for them. These pathways consist of transferable general educationcourses that apply to many different majors and align withSPCC's transferable associate's degrees. Transfer Pathway Options Include: Career and Technical Pathways (CTE) Students who are interested in pursuingan Associates in Applied Science degree will findthat a Career and Technical Education (CTE)certificate may be the best choice for them. Certificate program categories include: Associate in ArtsAgricultural and Natural Science Resources Associate in Arts in Teacher PreparationBusiness Technologies Associate in ScienceArtistic Production Technologies Associate in Science in Teacher PreparationConstruction Technologies Associate in Fine ArtsEngineering Technologies Associate in NursingHealth Sciences Associate in EngineeringIndustrial Technologies Public Service Technologies Transportation Technologies

Eligibility11th and 12th GradeFor both CTP and CTE pathways:1. Unweighted High School GPA of 2.8 OR demonstrate college readiness onapproved assessments in: English Reading Math2. Provide a current transcript eachenrolling semester9th and 10th GradeSpecific CTE's Only:1. Passed Math I C or higher2. Passed EOC for Math I Score 3, 4, or 53. Passed EOG for ELA Score 3, 4, or 54. Recommendation of High School Principal5. Enroll in a choice of the following programs: Business, Construction, Engineering, Industrial, Agriculture & Natural Resources, Transportation Systems Technology (Pathways without transferable gened courses)

Registration Process As a CCP student, you cannot register yourself for courses You will fill out an electronic registration form on a website called Etrieve Once you submit your form, a Career Coach will review it and register you forthe course. If the registration form is not filled out correctly, the Career Coach willreturn the form to you and send you an email to your SPCC student emailrequesting edits You must check your SPCC student email every day!
