Defend it. Admit to it.Back in November, I crashed. Calling Prudential wasone of the hard calls I had to make and I was beyondfortunate when I was assigned to Andrew. The respect, patience, and professionalism heshowed with each phone call meant more to me thanI can say. I am choked up now thinking about howhard those phone calls were for me and how he madethem bearable. Respect is a quality people eitherhave or lack. Andrew possesses that quality, alongwith kindness and compassion.Thank you for being a strength that helped meget back on my feet. Years ago, I signed up withPrudential when a girlfriend was diagnosed withcancer and went without pay through her extendedtreatment period. I never foresaw the path my lifewould take, and that is my lesson of insurance. The payments were a drop in the bucket.
