How do I register?Prior to participants registering for Retail Rewards, the dealer principle must complete the dealerregistration authorizing the sales personnel to participate in the Retail Rewards program viaAtdretailrewards.com.Once the dealer principle has successfully completed registration, they will be provided a confirmationnumber that their associates must use at time of initial registration. This confirmation number will beprovided on screen following completion of dealer registration and will also be emailed to the emailprovided by the dealer principle at time of dealer registration. Login onto Atdretailrewards.comEnter Username & PasswordIf a multi-location dealership, please select all of the locations where you work.Once successfully logged in, you will see a Banner Advertisiment on the home page that reads“2016 Retail Rewards.”As indicated previously, the owner/manager must enroll the dealership first as the dealerprinciple.Once the enrollment is successfully completed, the dealer principle will receive both on screenand via email, a confirmation number. Again, the confirmation number is required for allassociates to enroll on program.Once the associate has successfully registered, they can submit claims. Please make sure toprovide the correct Social Security numbers at time of registration. Where can I find my confirmation number?The dealer principle, upon registration, should have received an email with the confirmation number. Ifyou are unable to retrieve this information or cannot locate the original email, click on the link from thehome page that says Forgot Confirmation Number? And an email with the confirmation number will bere-sent to the dealer principle. If you are still unable to obtain the number, please contactRetailRewards@ATD-US.com for assistance.How do I submit claims online?After registration is successfully completed, the online submission of claims will be available. To do this,the participant will login, select “Claims” on the menu ribbon, then “Submit Sale,” and follow theprompts to claim the proper tire(s) and also upload correlating invoices.The recommended method for submitting claims is online. Once claim is successfully submitted, the participant will be able to immediately login to the siteand check the status of his or her claims and also review submission.When applicable, the participant may receive an additional financial benefit for his electronic vs.manual submission.The risk of claims being lost in the mail or delayed due to in-transit times by the U.S. PostalService is eliminated.I lost my debit card. What can I do?The debit card customer service number is 1-877-610-1075. Once a new card is ordered and shipped, itcan take 7-10 business days to reach you. These cards are shipped in a white, unmarked envelope andcan sometimes be mistaken for “junk mail” and accidently thrown away.I have not received my reloadable debit card.Please note the “shipped date” when checking the status of claims on the Retail Rewards Site for anaccurate time frame to reference for your new reloadable debit card. Once your first claim is approved,cards are shipped and you should receive your card within 7-10 business days. How do I track what has been loaded on my card?If a status is updated to ‘approved’ or ‘partially approved,’ the “order date” should be noted. Funds willbe uploaded to your card within 24-48 hours. If you do not already have a card, it will be shipped to youin 7-10 business days.What is the status of my claim? Why have I not been paid?Participants are able to check the status of claims at any time by logging in to the Retail Rewards Site.Please reference the below chart for more information regarding the meaning of the status of yourclaim:Why is my claim in a “pending” status and why is this necessary?A claim can be placed in pending status for a number of reasons. The most common are:1. Not Enrolled on Program: ONLY tires for programs in which dealers are enrolled should besubmitted. If dealers are not enrolled on a program when the claim is submitted, the tiressubmitted for that program will be denied, and the rest of the funds, if applicable, will bereleased for payment.2. Insufficient Purchase History: Only product purchased from ATD is eligible for rewards anda Dealers purchase history is verified prior to claim payment. When will I be paid for my Retail Rewards claim? What is the schedule?Below is a chart that reflects important dates for the Retail Rewards program. It indicates:REWARD MONTH: the month in which specific products are eligible to be claimed for rewards.CLAIM CUT OFF: the final day that claims can be submitted for payment. Claims must be electronicallyentered or postmarked by this date to be eligible. Claims submitted or postmarked past this date will bedenied.PAYMENT DATE: the estimated date that eligible claims will be paid. Note that months where the 15thfalls on a holiday or a weekend may be delayed until the next business day.PENDING CLAIM CUT OFF: the deadline to address and resolve any claims placed in pending status forthat claim period. Any claim remaining in pending status after the pending claim cutoff date will bedenied or reduced by the products in pending status. I missed the 25th deadline. What can I do?The claim cut off dates are defined above. All claims MUST be postmarked and/or submittedelectronically along with all proper supporting documentation, on or before the 25th of each month inorder to be processed. Claims postmarked after the deadline will result in the claim being denied.I am new to ATD. Can I claim tires from other companies as I have several in stock?Since this an ATD program, we can only except claims for tires purchased from ATD. Your claim will beplaced in “pending” status if we are unable to verify sufficient purchase history. Those items where thepurchase history cannot be verified will be denied and removed from the claim.I submitted my claim online, but mailed in my invoices. Will I still receive an electronic payout?If you choose to mail in your invoices, you will be paid at the mailed in or manual rate. Uploading yourinvoices electronically will payout the e-claim rate.I submitted my claim online, but mailed in my invoices. My claim has never been paid and is in a‘awaiting invoices’ status.Please make sure you are keeping tracking numbers and also mailing to the correct address (Dept.#126800, ATD Retail Rewards, PO Box 52106, Phoenix, AZ 85072). ATD accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, lost,postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable mail. Please also note that FedEx will not deliver to POboxes, therefore your claim will not be received if shipped via FedEx.What files can be accepted when uploading invoices electronically?Allowed File Extensions include: .bmp .gif .jpg .jpeg .png .pdfMy claim was denied. Why? Was I notified?An email is sent to you when your claim is denied. Retail Rewards participants are able to login at anytime to see the status of claims.To avoid denials and partial approvals, please DOUBLE CHECK online claims to make sure everything hasbeen submitted correctly and invoices are legible and correlative with what is being claimed. I have been a Retail Rewards dealer for quite some time now. I filled claims in 2014 and received anupload to my card even in 2016. Did we receive new cards in 2016? Do I have to re-register for theprogram?Registration, along with social security numbers, is required for all participants for the 2016 program.ALL Participants that submit claims must register and enter their Social Security number via ATDOnlineregardless of how they submit their claims. Claims that are received via mail where the claimant hasfailed to register will be denied.When first registering for Retail Rewards online, do I have to enter my SSN?Social security numbers, matching with the correct name must be provided upon registration toparticipate in Retail Rewards and are completely confidential. Please note that if you earn more than 600 in any calendar year, you will receive a 1099 tax form, and are responsible for any taxes due.Check with your accountant for tax filing information and responsibilities.If NOT submitting claims online, it is still important to log onto the site, click on “Claims” at the top,then“Submit Sale,” and enter your Social Security number.What tires are eligible for the program?They can be found by logging onto the Retail Rewards Site. Programs and tires may vary from month tomonth. Therefore, it is important to file the correct month’s claim form.I have entered in my information and it has been “validating” for an extended period of time.Please make sure to select/left click the “next” or “finished” button with your mouse. I have forgotten/lost my login and password.Please contact RetailRewards@ATD-US.com for Retail Rewards assistance, as well as usernameinformation. Your password can be reset once your username is obtained by selecting “forgotpassword” on the login screen. A new password can then be sent to the email address on file (which isthe same as your username). The new password can then be “copied” and “pasted” (or entered) intothe “password” section. Once you are able to login, your password can then be changed under the “editprofile” option. If you still are not able to login, or need other technical assistance with the RetailRewards site, please call the customer service number at 1-866-569-8343.My dealership has changed from Pro Rewards to Retail Rewards (vice versa).Please contact RetailRewards@ATD-US.com for Retail Rewards assistance.Where do I mail in claims?Please make sure that all dealers on Retail Rewards are registered online for the new 2016 program. Ifdealers are sending in claims manually, please note the address change on the claim form:Dept. #126800, ATD Retail Rewards, PO Box 52106, Phoenix, AZ 85072.Ownership has changed.The new owner will need to register the dealership for Retail Rewards and only tires on programs thatthe new company has enrolled will be eligible for Retail Rewards claims. Each participant will need to reregister as well under the new ownership using the new confirmation number provided to the dealerprinciple.Do I have to submit invoices with my claim? If so, what is acceptable and what is not?Yes, legible invoices must be attached or uploaded in the right format for each tire claimed to receivecredit.Acceptable: Copies of dealership sales receipts (invoices) that reflect the receipt number, date of sale,customer’s name and address, product name, quantity sold, and price must be submitted foreach product claimed.Not Acceptable: Invoices for products purchased from your distributor, computer generated reports, bank cardreceipts, work orders, estimates, delivery orders, hand written invoices, cash register receiptsand any other report or receipt that does not reflect the required consumer and productinformation.Retail Rewards FAQ’sLast Updated 5/19/2016Page 9

Who is ACB?ACB is our third-party partner that is currently responsible for the administration of the Retail Rewardsprogram and the processing of the Retail Rewards claims.Do I have to fill out all the information on the claim form?Yes, illegible and incomplete claims will not be accepted.Mobile Enabled Site User DocumentBy using one of the URL’s listed below, participants will be able to login to their Retail or Pro Rewardsaccount on their mobile phone to submit claims quickly and hassle free. Provided below are step by stepdirections for participants.Retail RewardsAtdretailrewards.comGo to the web address provided above and save this link as a favorite to your phone.
