The new lawmade it illegal just to live in a carin a residential neighborhood ornear parks and schools. That lawwas extended for six months inJune 2018, and then for anothersix months in December 2018.Homeless advocates havecriticized the ban, saying itcriminalizeshomelessness. But others say the expiration isdangerous and it give LAPD “noauthority to cite or move anybodyeven though they may have statusas a sex offender - or a felonyconviction.”One local resident, who hashad to ask homeless living intheir cars on Oxnard Street tomove after the allowable numberof days, now says she has norecourse. “They’re just campedout for good now.”banking done differentVoted “Best Insurance Agent”2002-2 01 8for 17 years by readers of the Daily News 2002-2018!Conforming, Jumbo, FHA, VALoans at Best Prevailing RatesAlternative Owner Occupied andInvestment Property Loans with No Tax Returns No Pay Stubs No IRS FormsCall your local trustedmortgage broker with25 years lending experienceEdmond AftandiliansMendocino 818-274-4869 Cell23241 Ventura Blvd.Suite 310Woodland Hills, CA 91364Mendocinofinancial.netBRE Brokers License 01167524 NMLS 358494 Company NMLS 1540501Two Premium Savings Rates –Just For You.15-Month2.50%APY*Certificate1 1,000 minimum depositkinecta.org/savingsNeed Access?2.00%APY*12-Month Liquid Certificate2Unlimited deposits& penalty-free withdrawals2kinecta.org/liquid-certificateOpen online – join Kinecta! kinecta.org/savingsCall 855.840.8641 or visit one of our locations:21440 Victory Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 9136722 Kinecta locations Visit kinecta.org/locations to find one near you.*APY Annual Percentage Yield.Liquid Certificate and regular certificates require 1,000 minimum balance.
