Priorities and AXELOS core principlesOur priorities for the end of next year and going forwardsunderpin our core principles.Improving qualityTo further ensure the intrinsic value of our products continues, we willbe required to drive and improve standards of quality throughout thebusiness model. Quality assurance processes will be put in place toattain and improve standards across the portfolio. We will require thebacking of the community to support the assurance model and ensurethe protection of its value.with the use of more digital mediums for delivery. We will requireyour collective support to develop the strategy and ensure that weare continually innovative in the way we develop the ITIL methodologyand its delivery to practitioners. We will actively engage with ourecosystem to propose new models for the future and set up a processfor continual development and innovation.ConsistencyDigitizationValue is assured though consistency and continual improvement;this commitment to ‘continual service improvement’ is a well regardedmodule within the ITIL framework. In order to ensure that our productportfolio is delivered and tested consistently and that support isdelivered with a consistent message, guides will be produced tosupport our partners in ensuring that standards are met, maintainedand enhanced on a continual basis. As a longer-term strategy, our research and engagement with theecosystem and prospective customers has told us that they want newways to learn. Our research showsthat standard e-learning is not sufficient to deliver good outcomes,so we will focus on experiential learning methods such as gamingand simulation. We will work with specific strategic partners to ensurethat our products are at the forefront of the digital age in terms ofdevelopment and delivery.Collaborative innovationCollaborative innovation is at the heart of the AXELOS vision.Innovation will touch all parts of our business model – from processinnovation allowing a better user experience, to product innovation,Close
