A minimum of 45credits of the 120 credits must be completed at Queens College to be granted the baccalaureate degree.

This agreement is effective for three academic years from the date of implementation (Effective Date below).Unless it is renewed in the third year, the agreement will expire.When any of the programs within this agreement undergo any changes relevant to this agreement, theagreement will be reviewed and revised by both the sending and receiving program. Minimally the agreementwill be reviewed at least once a year with particular attention directed to any curricular changes at the sendingand/or receiving departments.Procedures for Evaluating AgreementUpon graduation from SCCC and admittance into QC Nutrition and Dietetics (N&D) program, each participantwill be advised by the Nutrition and Dietetics advisor who will provide continuing guidance until successfulcompletion of the BS. Advisors will compile performance data, as is available, on their advisees. Thisinformation will be collected and analyzed to assess the program's success and develop recommendations forchanges as needed.Procedures for Publicizing AgreementNotices of Articulation will be placed in respective catalogues, recruiting brochures, and websites.Respective Transfer and Academic Advisors will be informed about and provided copies of this agreement.The program will be described in the Suffolk County Community College catalog and SCCC faculty will advisestudents of the benefits of the articulation agreement including: A strong academic program initiated at SCCC and continued through this articulation agreement atQueens College and an advisement program which assigns students a specific counselor at SCCC andthen at QC to ensure that they progress successfully through, and in compliance with, the program./\n .Shaun L.
