PARTIES TO THIS SERVICE CONTRACT: The following BOLD print appearing throughout this Service Contract has the followingmeanings: “YOU”, “YOUR” and “I” mean the customer named as Service Contract Holder on this Service Contract. “WE”, “US”and “OUR” refer to Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.
