We encourage registering as early as possible and keeping in ght communica onwith the ASH office as your plans come together. Being in communica on with you allows us to bring you the mostorganized and transforma ve experience possible at ASH while keeping your safety and health at the topof our priori es. Since yoursafety is our top priority, we have taken great measures in coordina on with all of ourvenues to keep you healthy and happy while in person at our events. Our SafetyGuidelines can be found by clicking HEREWe know that some studios and some individuals may not feel comfortable takingconven on classes in person but s ll want to par cipate in the Performance Showcase.All of our events will now have a virtual op on for conven on classes. This will allow adancer or studio to par cipate from their hotel room or studio and s ll arrive at thevenue, in person, to par cipate in the Performance Showcase.IF THE IN PERSON EVENT IS UNABLE TO BE HELD DUE TO COVID-19,THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLEOPTION 3FULL VIRTUAL100% Virtual (at a discounted rate). ASH will host a virtual event from the ASH stage.Studios can choose how their dancers take conven on class virtually.OPTION 4TRANSFERYou can transfer your registra on to another event by contac ng the ASH office atinfo@ashproduc ons.comOPTION 5CONVERTStudios can select to convert their registra on fees to “ASH on the GO!” ASH will cometo your studio and host an in-studio conven on just for your students where you willreceive conven on classes taught by ASH Faculty, receive cri ques on your rou nes, andaudi on for scholarships and awards. REFUND POLICY FOR 2020/2021 SEASON(Valid 9/1/20 - 7/31/21) If the event is held and a dancer cannot alend because they were diagnosed with COVID-19, youmust no fy the ASH Office via email at info@ashproduc ons.com at least 24 hours prior to the start ofthe event and provide a valid posi ve test result. Upon receipt of the posi ve test result, ASH willprovide a full refund. If the event is cancelled due to CDC, local, state, or federal government mandates, your registra on willautoma cally be moved to the full virtual op on and the remaining balance of your fees willautoma cally be refunded to you within 14 business days at the conclusion of the event. If you choosenot to par cipate in the full virtual op on, you must email info@ashproduc ons.com at least 24 hoursprior to the start of the event and request a full refund which will be provided within 14 business daysat the conclusion of the event. Unless ASH is forced to cancel due to CDC, local, state, or federal government mandates, ASH will notprovide a refund under any circumstance. If the event is held and a dancer cannot alend due to injury or illness (COVID-19 excluded), you mustcontact the ASH Office at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
