He is also aDirector at The Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO) and eTouches Inc.Between 2007 and 2011, Leon served as Senior Vice President, Strategy andOperations, at Warner Music Group. From 2005 to 2006, he served as GroupPresident of The NPD Group, Inc., a global provider of consumer and retailinformation, where he led all of their entertainment and technologyrelated businesses.From 1989 to 2004, Leon was with Gartner, Inc., the leading provider of research and analysis on theglobal information technology industry, where he served as President, Gartner Executive Programs andwas a member of the Gartner Leadership Team. Previously, Leon was Senior Vice President and GeneralManager of Gartner Community, which included Gartner’s Worldwide Events, Best Practices andExecutive Programs business divisions.Leon earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the Hebrew University ofJerusalem in Israel.Brian Casazza, Chief Information OfficerBrian has a profound knowledge of and extensive experience with socialnetworks, product strategy, mobile technologies, and other digitalentertainment technologies, which he brings to bear in his role as ChiefInformation Officer.Brian was previously the CEO, USA of Zed Worldwide before transitioning tothe Regional Director of North America and Australia. Brian drove Zed’sstrategy of delivering cross platform digital entertainment as a member of itsglobal operational board, by focusing on product innovation and processimprovement to significant results. He was instrumental in the successful sale of MonsterMob Group PLCto Zed in 2007, where he directed the company’s day-to-day operations in North America.Prior to Zed, Brian was co-founder and CEO of 9 Squared Inc. He grew the business from 0 to 100million in 5 years by developing an innovative business strategy and a focus on continued development ofnextgen mobile entertainment services. As a board member of the nonprofit mGive Foundation, Brianhas worked to give back to the community by helping charities leverage the mobile channel to raisemoney. Brian has been named one of the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Global Telecom’sBusiness 40 Under 40, and a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year awards. Brian holds anMBA in Venture Management from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.

Kathleen Delaney, Chief Marketing OfficerKathleen Delaney joined Vistage in 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer,responsible for all branding, direct marketing, communications, social mediaand sponsorship initiatives. Prior to joining Vistage, Kathleen served as SeniorVice President at Aon Risk Services where she and her team were chargedwith transforming new prospect and client relationships and driving newrevenue. She brings a wealth of experience to the team having managedmarketing and product teams for some of the top brands in the world, holdingleadership positions at Dow Jones, AT&T and Johnson & Johnson. She was apioneer in the introduction of blogging, social media, paid search and variousweb marketing initiatives to drive leads, differentiate against the competition and managereputation. Driving revenue by developing teams, leveraging great brands and evangelizing a company’svalue to clients and prospects is just part of what Kathleen brings to Vistage.Kathleen graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from New York University, Leonard N.Stern School of Business and received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University with a Bachelorof Arts in Econometrics. She has lived in both France and Belgium, completing a business program atInstut D’Administration Et De Gestion at Katholique University.Steve Gilroy, Chief Executive Officer, Vistage UKSteve joined Vistage in 2009 as the Chief Executive Officer for VistageInternational in the UK and Ireland.Prior to joining Vistage, Steve was a Partner/Consultant for The QuantumOrganization. He spent six years as Vice President of International Sales andMarketing at CompTIA, where he established the company in several regionsaround the world, managed nine international region managers, implementeda world-wide consultative sales process, customized CRM and launchedseveral new programs in international markets.Steve was also Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at ExecuTrain where he was responsible forthe network of 163 international locations in 37 countries.He holds an MSc in Information Systems Design and Management from Kingston University and is aregular presenter/speaker in the areas of Sales 2.0, Marketing and The Future of Learning.

Larry Hawks, Executive Vice President, Field OperationsLarry brings over 30 years of business success to his current role of ExecutiveVice President – Field Operations. He leads Vistage’s national field operationsteam who partner with and support more than 400 Vistage Chairs leadingmore than 850 Vistage groups across the United States.Prior to joining the senior management team in 2010, Larry was an awardwinning Vistage Chair, Best Practice Chair, speaker, and strategic planningexpert. He led Vistage private advisory boards for seven years from 20032009, and coached more than 50 CEOs. He was also the founder and principal of GrowthPoint Partners, afirm that specializes in helping business owners accelerate profitable growth.From 1979-2002 Larry was with Marketing Communications, Inc, where he served as President when thefirm became an operating unit of Harte-Hanks, an NYSE public company and global leader in directmarketing and database analytics. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer for a number oftheir different operating businesses, and led the pharmaceutical services division. Earlier in his career hewas with the General Systems Division of the IBM Corporation.Larry earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the University of Missouri – Columbia.Michael Molina, Chief Human Resources OfficerMichael D. Molina has more than 20 years’ experience as a Human Resourcesexecutive providing human resources and organization development strategyto corporate and business groups worldwide. Molina has played an activerole on executive teams of global organizations, providing guidance on thehuman resource function. Most recently, he served as Chief Human ResourceOfficer at Brahma Holdings, a software development organization. Beforethat, he was Executive Vice President of Human Resources for AdvancedMarketing Services, a book distributor, wholesaler and publisher. He also waswith EquaTerra, a sourcing solutions organization. He has held executivepositions at Gateway and Mobil Corporation. Molina’s international experience includes work in Mexico,Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Barbados, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Canada, Ireland and Malaysia.Molina holds a B.S. degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a M.S. degree inindustrial relations both from West Virginia University.

M. Beau Paradowski, CPA, Chief Financial OfficerBeau comes to Vistage with more than 22 years of experience in corporatefinance, accounting, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and investorrelations. Beau was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Slacker, Inc., amusic streaming service serving over 500,000 monthly subscribers.Prior to Slacker, Beau was Chief Financial Officer of Turbine, Inc., one of thelargest privately held online gaming studios in North America. Turbine isresponsible for some of the world’s most popular and award winning onlinegames and was sold to Warner Bros., a wholly owned subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc., in April 2010. Beaualso served as Chief Financial Officer at Optasite, Inc., a start-up cell tower owner/operator that hehelped grow to over 500 sites, culminating in the sale of the Company to SBA Communications inSeptember 2008 for 430 million.As Chief Financial Officer of Clearwire Technologies, Inc., a broadband wireless access provider backed byGoldman Sachs, Beau led the sale of Clearwire to Craig McCaw in 2004. Beau received a Bachelor ofBusiness Administration, cum laude from Texas A&M University.Teigue Thomas, Chief Legal OfficerTeigue joined Vistage in 2014 as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for thecompany’s worldwide legal operations and compliance. She is a corporatecounsel veteran, having practiced over 20 years as an in-house lawyer.Teigue’s broad experience includes Law Department leadership in companiesranging from startups to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. She waspreviously Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with AcerAmerica Corp., one of the world’s largest computer companies. Prior to Acer,Teigue was VP, General Counsel at Gateway, Inc. and was previously Senior Counsel at Zurich FinancialServices in Boston where she was lead trial counsel in state and federal litigation. Teigue is also cofounder of YourKidVid.com, which provides professional editing services to consumers for video capturedon cell phones or any other devices.A frequent speaker at local and national conferences on a variety of topics, Teigue also serves on theGlobal Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and has served as President ofACC’s San Diego and Southern California Chapters. She is also a Board Member of Providence Speech andHearing Center and chairs the Governance Committee as part of this involvement.Teigue’s education includes a BA in Marketing from Bucknell University, a JD from New England School ofLaw in Boston, where she was an editor of The New England Law Review, and study at the BostonUniversity MBA program.

Kathleen Warren, Senior Vice President, Strategic InitiativesKathleen joined Vistage in 2013 as the SVP, Strategic Initiatives, workingclosely with the leadership team on the development and execution ofVistage’s corporate strategy.Prior to Vistage, Kathleen was with Market Force, a customer intelligencecompany, where she successfully led business development for their mostpromising Fortune 500 clients. In 2006 Kathleen founded Boulder Learning an e-learning agency. She has also held leadership positions in marketing andhuman resources and ultimately served as vice president and chief of staff tothe CFO & EVP of Corporate Services.Kathleen spent 15 years at Gartner, Inc. and contributed to virtually every area of the business. She beganher career at Gartner in events, where she discovered the power and value of bringing executivestogether to learn and grow in an experiential way. She was a top performer in the sales organization andwent on to become a very successful and respected research analyst. She also held leadership positions inmarketing and human resources and ultimately served as vice president and chief of staff to the CFO &EVP of Corporate Services.Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Humanities at Providence College. She alsostudied at Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg.
