Communicate from the beginning the information needed, expectationsand time lines; and the reason why you need this information. Create a process internally and externally to identify each member ofthe teams roles and responsibilities. Make sure the requirements for each plan or hospital includingapplications, additional documents, and accepted submissions optionsare clearly defined and understood.
