From the PrincipalWauwatosa Virtual Academy students and families-We are pleased to give you the updated 2015-2016 edition of the Wauwatosa VirtualAcademy (WVA) Parent and Student Handbook. This is the primary source forinformation about our expectations for students, our program and services, and theroles and responsibilities of families and school staff in the online educational process.This year’s edition contains information on numerous topics that impact our students ona daily basis. It is important that all caretakers and students are familiar with theinformation. As such, we encourage families toset aside to review and discuss the contents of the handbook together.Our staff works to meet the needs of all of our learners and to provide the opportunityfor all of our students to have personal successes each and every day.
