BackgroundEBS-ConvergenceThe Army’s current operational backbone of Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) lacks agility and the capacity to seamlessly share information betweensystems and commands. As a result, the Army is investing to transform how it does business in order to operate at the speed of conflict during theinformation age.
