The DT will not reset thelatched faults in the system or perform anyother function. The dipswitches should beset as shown in the arrangement below.The newer DTs have the dipswitcheslocated more toward the center of theboard, but the setting is the same.All dipswitches should be in the ON position with the exception of #6, which is OFF.876 5 4 3 2 1XX XX X X X XOFFONThe Installation Parameter “Panel1” in the ECB II board in the Upper Landing controllermust also be addressed to 32. (M – 1 – 3 – 1 – GO ON)When the DT is plugged in on NORMAL and there are no faults, the display will read“OTIS”. If the unit is on INSPECTION with no faults, the display will read “MAINT”.
