Cualquier variación de esteángulo, por pequeño que sea, puede ocasionar un desgasteprematuro de la unidad.Punching units have been designed to work with a certainangle. Any variation of this angle can cause a prematuredamage of the unit.Cuando la unidad de punzonado lleve placas intercambiablesde bronce con grafito insertado, se recomienda que serealice una lubricación periódica de éstas con aceite delubricación ligero.When the cam unit is mounted with interchangeablebronze plates, we recommend lubrication with light oilon a regular basis.Cuando se sustituyan las placas desgastadas por otrasnuevas es preciso verificar que el asiento de todas laspiezas sea correcto y realizar su ajuste si fuese necesario.When replacing the worn plates by new ones it is necessaryto verify that the seat of all pieces is correct and to maketheir adjustment if necessary.Se deben respetar los valores de fuerza máxima depunzonado, según la hoja de características de cada unidady colocar los esfuerzos dentro del cabezal de la unidad lomás centrados posible. No se permiten expansiones de lasuperficie del cabezal.Maximum force values must be observed according tothe catalogue sheet.
