Primary Rationale for ESC StandardsProvide optimal conditions for thefacilitation of adult learning Instructors must use the teaching tools provided,teach all and only approved content,conduct themselves in an ethical & professional manner. These standards will apply to all ESC Instructors, Providers and staff. ESC may approve requests for Accommodation regarding standards

New 2022 AgreementsAll ATP and CI AGREEMENTS terminate Dec.31 2021.In October, in conjunction with the Annual Renewalprocess, all ATPs will be reminded of the requirementto sign a new Three-year Agreement.

New Instructor Training ProcessPre-entrance requirements include: Changes:Instructor must be certified in the course 1. Course Delivery Tutorial & InstructorGuide/Student Manual/PPT review requiredInstructor Comprehensive Exam (online)2. Only 1 mandatory co-teach (but additionalInstructor Skill Assessmentmay be required)Equipment/Facility Assessment3.
