Step One: The 30-Day Dietto Grow a New Body and MindYou can’t grow a new body on junk food. Have you noticed how no self-respectingcritter will touch the fries that have fallen under the seat of your automobile?First, clean it up.Dairy: Get off it. If you must, use goatcheese and goat yogurt (organic is alwaysbetter).Grains: No gluten. Get off all grains if youcan. Processed grains are a modern-daydiscovery and our systems are not adaptedto process them. We have a huntergatherer genome. Processed grains turninto sugar in your system! Juiceit in the morning, cook it lightly atlunch or dinner.
