Individual project, supported by Aleksanteri Institution,University of Helsinki;The research is devoted to different forms of communication between citizens and authoritiesin Putin’s Russia. It shows development and transformation of annual teleconferences withthe President, (re)construction of the hierarchical mechanism of complaints with clearlydefined center of power.
