FOREWORDThis leaflet started from the work of mr. Pieter tenCate in 1971 and Suomen Shakki nr. 4a/1979, whichwas published for the Hyvinkää meeting of the Permanent Commission of the FIDE for Chess Compositions (PCCC). The material has been collectedduring my 49 Commis sion meetings since 1969.During that period I have been the Secretary of theCommis sion for 12 years and the 1st Vice-Presidentin 1994–98 and 2002–2018. Dr. Klaus Wenda andHelmut Zajic have helped in completing the officialpart since 1989.The FIDE-Album points are no more included inthis edition, because nowadays the title points canbe gained also from the individual world championship judgments. The points are updated on theWFCC website. The detailed results of the first 20 WCSC tourneys(and problems with solutions) have been publishedin my book ”World Chess Solving ChampionshipEditor and publisher: Hannu HarkolaAmpujantie 18, FIN-00700 Helsinki, Finlande-mail: hannu.harkola@netti.fiHelsinki 20211977–1996” in 1997.
