The closers will haveselectable multipoint hold openbetween approximately 75º and175º. The closers will haveselectable delayed action toallow delayed closing from 175ºto 75º. The closers will havemechanical backcheck atapproximately 70º. Dual valveadjustment will providecontrolled closing speed fromapproximately 175º openingrange, even in cold temperatureconditions. The closer willprovide adjustment within thecement case to allow lateral andlongitudinal adjustment of 1/4"and vertical height adjustment of5/32". Field interchangeablespindles will be available toprovide bottom door clearancesranging from 5/16" to 2-5/16".Optional SpecificationsThe closers should be used withsealing compound SC2 to prevent water or cleaning solventfrom entering the cement case.Floor-concealed door closers forall fire doors shall be DORMABTS80 F. The closers shall besingle-acting and have controlledclosing from a full 180º.
