CAADE Accreditation Renewal ProtocolOn your university/college letterhead, please include a narrative describing the following:1. Describe any significant changes in your addiction studies curriculum (e.g., addition ofonline or hybrid courses, elimination of any course).2. Describe changes in staffing for your addiction studies program (e.g., new programcoordinator, addition of new full-time faculty, program no longer has a full-time directoror faculty member).3. Describe any changes to the administrative status of your program (e.g., the addictionstudies program is now subsumed as an advisement track within the Department of Healthand Human Services).4. Describe any other changes that have affected your program (e.g., loss of funding, regionalaccreditation, award or public notice, grants received).5.
