SELF DRILLINGSOIL AND ROCKNAILS.Our Self Drilling Soil and Rock Nails (SRN) consist of a self-drilling hollowbar with a rolled continuous thread as load-bearing element embeddedwithin a grout body.SUPPORT WHERE YOU NEED ITIn underground applications, SRNs are predominantlyused for forepoling, spiling, face bolting and radialbolting.The SRNs are predominantly subjected to tensilestress, but may also be subjected to bending andshear loads.Our SRNs provide ideal solutions for weak, unstableor cracked ground conditions. SRNs are typicallygrouted along their entire length.In geotechnical engineering, they are used tostabilise natural or artificial slopes or to supportstructures e.g. retaining walls.SELF DRILLINGMICROPILES.Our Self Drilling Micropiles (MIP) consist of a self-drilling hollow bar with arolled continuous thread as load-bearing element that is embedded withina grout body.Micropiles are small diameter grouted piles (typicallyless than 300 mm in diameter) transferringcompressive, tensile or alternating loads into thesurrounding ground. MICROPILES. Our Self Drilling Micropiles (MIP) consist of a self-drilling hollow bar with a rolled continuous thread as load-bearing element that is embedded within a grout body. Micropiles are small diameter grouted piles (typically less than 300 mm in diameter) transferring compressive, tensile or alternating loads into the surrounding ground.
