A reassessment is a second opportunityfor students to show mastery of a standard. This is a different assessment that the first, and it can only becompleted after the student engages in remediation of the standard.Remediation is re-learning of a standard. This pass is loaded into the GoFan appAdvisement is generally held on the first Thursday of the month when there is school. Advisement is also referredto by some students and teachers as homeroom.The Attendance Office, sometimes also referred to as PPO (Pupil Personnel Office) is where parents can check theirstudents in or out. It is also where students submit notes from when they have been absent or tardy.Students who ride the bus can find their bus routes by using the Bus Route Finder -finder).Longhorn Academic Student Support Opportunity is an academic support assigned to students who have below a Bin an academic class. LASSO is held twice a week and is not optional when assigned. LASSO features low student toteacher ratios and targeted support of standards. Assessment Accountability holds students accountable for theirlearning and allows teachers to better understand whether students have mastered the required course standards.If a student is assigned Assessment Accountability, they must complete the missing assessment within a requiredtime frame so that teachers can provide timely feedback and students can avoid behavioral consequences.Students who wish to park on campus must complete a parking application, submit all documents, and pay theCobb School District Parking Fee via MyPaymentsPlus.A nationally-recognized, standardized assessment taken by students as a precursor to college/university admission.Formerly an acronym for American College Testing.
