How to Order for your Property1All purchase orders must be faxed to your local sales representative for processing.A contact name and phone number must be included on the purchase order.2A Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange/confirm the scheduleddelivery date.3 Every NEW customer must submit an account application form, there are two options: Cash/Credit Card Application.
